Blimey. He rotated. Bell, Doughty and Fred in the same 11. Prob Bree as one if the three and Fred as RWB? Wonder if he'll consider Bell as LCB at some point. Id think hed be pretty good there with time.

Im shocked weve not seen Doughty yet....... BUT....... As his harshest critic..... Bell has been outstanding of late.

Doesnt offer as much as Bree going forward but perhaps thats tactical and instructed, as maybe there isnt room for both our full backs bombing on. When he has got higher hes had better distribution. So keep it up Amari'i. Keep it up.
Doughty starting tonight, looks like Bradley to the bench, Bell to centre half and Doughty taking the LWB spot.

Can’t quite make out where Onyedinma is going to play, almost looks like a 523 shape which would ask a lot of Campbell, Clark as those midfield 2. Could be a backs to the wall and try and counter approach

Sort of surprised he rested Adebayo instead of Morris considering the latter is a yellow away from suspension too. Maybe saving Elijah to scare the shit out of some Watford defenders though

Dont know much about Norwich other than the strikers. Their midfield experience is a 23yo Brazilian with two 19yo and less than 50 games between them all. Im sure theyre good, but lets get amongst em.

Id think Fred rwb, Bree rcb with Bell normal slot and Doughty one of the three mids with Clark and Campbell.......otherwise its a lot/too much? of a change

Quite similar to the West Brom game, Norwich have had loads of the ball but not rrally done all that much with it bar a shot from range and a rather fortunate opening for Pukki which originally looked dangerous but we recovered well to make it quite a difficult chance.

On our end we have had some really good “moments” I would say where a better pass or cross would have opened up a major chance for us but quality/cool head has been lacking and chance went. The break with Cornick going in on goal only for us to not come away with even a shot on target from it was not great in this respect in particular. If we can make one of those moments click it’s there for an away smash and grab certainly

Watching the goals/action on Sky.

2 games where one team could have had a penalty at one end then the other team score at the the other end .

Good strike by Brereton Diaz.

Great win for us, proper away performance. Looked settled and comfortable defensively and eventually managed to find a bit of composure in the attacking third to get the goal. Saw the game out well, a few alarms but not massively so and if we had a little bit of composure we had opportunities to actually kill the game properly with another goal.

Up to 4th, and going into the Watford game in great form. If we play like that on Sunday there might be some seriously frustrated hornets as we are a nightmare for an opposition fan to watch!

Amazed if Huddersfield stay up.

10th clean sheet of the season and it was very, very easy.

Cannot argue with that .

Your away form particularly is very good.

All the fans will probably be drunk as apparently the pubs (Weatherspoons)? are open in Watford which seems a real rush !!

Classic Luton away. However we were terrible at holding or moving the ball in those last ten mins but thankfully Norwich looked clueless in the box. Did they create a single chance?

Wont be praising Bell again for a while as it went to his head ;-)

Doughty a very solid addition. I like how we look

4th.
FOURTH.

Win on Sunday and this turns into the week that dreams are made of.

Scary the potential of this side now, after a sluggish start.

Scum away on Saturday at 12.30, these tinpot wankers still haven't sold their 13,000 tickets or however much their shed of a stadium holds.

Should have given us the full away end.

I'd probably bring Browne & Brady back in for this one. Assume Lindsay won't be back so keep the same back three.

Losing to them is unthinkable as always.

Too easy for Millwall .

Stronger ,quicker and far too physical for us .

And our best midfielder stretched off .

Wow Watford. Getting bullied all over the show. If they can’t deal with this then bodes well for the weekend because if there’s one thing we are it’s aggressive!

Sunday will be a different game but hard not to come away from watching that Watford game especially first half and not think we have a real opportunity. Basically folded to a similar aggressive and physical approach which we normally go for. Less heavy pressing too from the front so I’d say we are even more extreme than Millwall tonight. Watford improved second half and have some obvious quality but will they fancy it?

Wether we can produce 3 big big performances in a week remains to be seen though. Historically been a problem for us at this level. Set up for an extremely intriguing game

Well you certainly know what your game plan should be.

No surprise the teams we've beaten are ones who aren't as strong and and competitive.

Norwich fans for example complained we were too physical and "route one" (didn't realise they were Man City lite)

Another injury to a key player yesterday and we basically had our 2 remaining central defenders playing with Pollock looking like a young lad who hadn't been involved in a Championship game more.

But this is the Championship - anything seems to happen and we tend to do better when the fans don't expect much!

Well err… not ideal start for us. Bit of an odd one using this game to shift bell to centre half. Been posited as an idea but Potts hasn’t done much wrong. Plenty of time if we’d scored that early I’d be saying it was too early but we look a bit open defensively

Having watched it a bit longer now understand why we’ve done that, Watford’s athleticism is killing us in attack and Bradley and Lockyer struggling to cope with it. Watford look extremely dangerous as a result and I can see more goals coming from that.

Lansbury a big miss in midfield as he normally cuts out a lot of these counters well, without him they are right into the back line. Not really sure how to change it with who is available really, might need to get Osho on to give us a bit more athleticism in defence.

Really poor first half from us, nowhere near as aggressive and front footed as we normally are and ironically have been done by the athleticism of Watfords front players which if you’d watched the mid week games… you’d think it would be us doing that to them. The quality of those front players coming to the fore finally. 3 games weeks and our failings with those coming back to bite us.

Need to re-think defensively as Bradley in particular has not coped at all well, looks well past it today. Just need to focus on damage limitation and get out of this without a hiding I think.

Getting pasted. Fuckers are miles better than anything we've seen this season. The millionaires obv decide when they can and cant be bothered to show up. Bit like their fans.

The fluidity, quality, movement and dropping off and spins of the front four just gonna destroy players like Bradley etc. Thats what your millions get you

Only bragging right is their usual shit turnout in the stands and our superb one

Pretty disasterous game from us really. Never looked in it.

Mainly disappointed as to how passive we have been, not like us at all, not sure with this style we normally employ we have the legs to do it 3 times a week because we’ve looked weak today and it’s not like us at all. Very out of sorts. Think the midfield without Lansbury or Pelly has been over run, this midfield 3 is too lightweight especially in a derby game like this one. Clark and Campbell put themselves about but Freeman is a lightweight. First half Bradley just got abused.

Credit to Watfords forward players though, looked absolutely quality and given our defence a torrid time. Said before this season that that attacking quality will cover a world of sins and eventually get them up there come May and you saw why today really.

Just got to keep this at 3-0 and limit damage as could get very ugly (and it’s pretty ugly already)

Couldn’t have gone any worse really. Watfords attacking talents came to play and ultimately we didn’t have any answer in how to handle that. Defensively we looked poor from minute one and game was done by half time really. Worried about us in the centre of defence with Osho now stupidly suspended as Bradley looks past it to be honest. Not the first time this season he’s been picked on by athletic centre forwards.

I think Jones will be furious really, put in quite easily our worst performance of the season in probably the biggest game so far. Outside of it being a derby it was a huge opportunity to cement ourselves as a top team in the league in the promotion conversation as daft as that sounds and we looked a bit meek and feeble.

Credit Watford, last time we played they didn’t look up for it, certainly were today and deserved winners. Let’s hope we get a reaction next week
