Decent 0-0 with Sheffield United. Could have won, could have lost. Mid table security.

Beat the Knobbers and it's job done for the first season back in the Championship under a proper owner.

Anyone who owns Blackpool will surely be outed as a rapist or a nonce eventually though.

Hull city away for us today. We will have good memories of our last trip up there, a 1-0 win that pretty much ensured our safety. Lot of changes for both since then though.

They are fresh of an impressive win against Coventry and us an impressive win against Preston. Not sure who we have available at centre half though, we might have to play a half fit Lockyer/Naismith or do what we did in the week and go for a back 3 of all fullbacks. Potts has a good leap on him as does Kioso but not sure I fancy any of them against Eaves who I think will cause some issues for us. Finally a break after this one with the internationals which will be much welcomed by us I think. A point here and still in the playoff hunt would be a decent outcome given the injury situation

I think we should let rip and get amongst them and go for the win, set up to attack. If we can win again it sets some more pressure on the big boys around us and lifts any in us a little. Nathan does shit or bust pretty well.

We're gonna score one more than you. COYRRH

Started to sit deeper and ask for pressure. Lets attack the lead not defend it. We look more dangerous but a clean sheet is a tough ask for that defense

Great display and good to see the defense really upset at a last second loss at the clensheet. We care and have an amazing mindset atm.

I bloody hope so but if it doesnt then i wont be unhappy in the slightest. What a bunch of players we have playing for us right now, you can question ability sometimes but these boys give it everything every week for this club.

Ive had a few tonight but loved seeing Pelly after the game, from the conference to 3rd in the championship with 9 games left of a season. What a boy.

That free kick. Simply superb!

Eventually we will come down with a bump (right?) Even if it does / doesn’t happen, what a calendar year let alone season this is turning out to be so far.

What I would say is that in the last 8 years, this club knows how to win football games. There have been quite a few constants and we’re now playing in a way we were winning leagues previous. Especially this week.

Just looking at AFCB’s run in - this isn’t over at all. They have to play more games than us of course, but in my opinion their opposition is harder than ours.

Not saying there’s much more than just a remote chance, no more than a 1 in 8 chance, but still something in this.

They have a very tough run in and have shown a weak mentality. Obv a seriously talented squad but something isnt right there. They could implode. But so could we. Theres been no pressure on us, but now its within sight its growing.

You know life as a Preston fan sucks when this is all you hope for.

Quite looking forward to our American takeover to be fair.

Deal agreed and details have been sent to the EFL.

Maybe you'll bump into him in the pub again, or some other bullshit location.

Of course it's a lie. Made it all up for bants didn't I.

You're a miserable bunch of c*** aren't you? I genuinely wonder what you lot have to look forward to each season? It must be really bland being a PNE fan. Just waiting for relegation again aren't you?

You lie constantly, so yeah, you made it up.

Of course you conveniently met our future owner in a pub and had a chat with him.... You're not all there.

What do you have to look forward to? You spend peanuts and you're fucked when Critchley leaves, who is surprisingly decent. You lot must feel silly after calling for his head at the start of last season.

Ask me in 12 months after I've seen what this Yank is all about.

Can't believe the Lashers can't shift 2,200 tickets. Fleetwood bought them up quicker.

Bonjour, forums dead here isn't it?

Doing the natural and obvious route to be fair. So it has nothing to do with shifting them, similar to your lot at our place. You didn't sell out in a day either. Are you quite new to supporting North End? Or football in general?

We've sold out that entire stand three times in 2013/2010/2009 and we sold out the 3,000 or so you gave us in 2008. So yeah, we're "struggling".

As a side topic, did a steward get run over by a horse in this game below?

Also as a plug brought out recently about what happened to us years ago. Really highly rated book, not just for Blackpool fans but all fans around.

Wow, on the defensive are we?

7 days and counting to sell 2,200 tickets for your biggest derby, in your best season for a decade, after years of not attending games because you were crying your eyes out over some meanie owners.

Pathetic.

Why have you posted a picture of the League Cup game? because you didn't sell out that one. The half-empty blocks towards the Finney are very conveniently cropped off, and standing up hides the empty singles and doubles in the rest of the blocks.

But yep, he got trod on by a police horse, don't think he was injured though.
