Chris Martin out for 2 months with a broken fibula. ...need to pull another striker out of the bag before the window shuts or we are in big trouble
We've got atleast 2 probably 3 we're trying to loan out or sell. Unfortunately they're all crap

Easy three points for the Stags on Saturday. I think it’s impossible for us to win at Field Mill. Think Cloughie has got Challinors number he will know what to do against us.

He definitely had his number last season but no amount of Cloughie tactical genius moves can deal with our defensive shortfalls at the minute. I’m sure we will be a threat at the other end though.

Stockport will win no doubt, we’ve simply no defence, no team in the league could deal with that issue we’ve got currently.

What i’m curious of is why it keeps happening, it’s rather boring.

The battle of teams on 0 points at Shrewsbury this week, we'd probably have at least one point if it wasn't for poor goalkeeping in 2 of our first 3 games.

Good win at Millwall in the week to give us some confidence, would expect more or less the same side as last Saturday but with Dan Agyei coming back into the side after his performance Tuesday.

Might have one or two new bodies but who knows.

Fun fact - since we've been a league team, Barnsley are the only team we've not dropped a point to.
3-1 Crawley.

Given the injuries we’ve got stockport will batter us.

Stockport last season had a better side that us, we just won both games as cloughs a better manager than challinor.

Give the lack of pace and stockport’s early form, i’d expect them to win easily.
We’ve got no defensive options at all - believe me he’s an excuse, i’d be highly surprised if stockport didn’t win.
Not bursting any bubble though, the only one i’m interested in is the league 1 bubble, we’d have to score 3 at least to win saturday
Stockport to win is 6/4, -1 is 9/2 and to score 3+ goals is 4/1, absolutely crazy odds given we’ve no defence, stockport are firm, firm favourites for saturday - just goes to show how little the bookies know about league 1
How do you think you'll do tomorrow then mate? Any injuries in the Mansfield camp?

The irony is we've literally got 12 players injured. They've got like 4.

Actually come to the conclusion Cloughie inflicted serious PTSD on Stockport fans last season.

I’m a bit worried they may repay the favour tomorrow.

True - our players are going to need to the old school 90s shin pads to the knees with ankle straps rather than the little ones.

Cloughie has got them special ice climbing boot spikes for the occasion tomorrow too.

Nothing ironic about that considering you can still field a solid starting line up, honestly we may actually not have one fit centre back if the rumours about Flint out for a while, I dunno if that’s true or not yet mind.

Is Flint up to L1? I remember we played against him v Cardiff in a PSF and Aaron Collins made him look like he was standing still

Why didn't Mansfield sign some defenders then?

Cheeky loan bid for Brunt. Lad doesn't look like getting a game anytime soon here.

Last season was his only season below that level for over a decade? He was the best defender in the division last season, in fact the season before he was with Sheff Wednesday who got promoted from L1….

Shame we cannot pair him with Brunt anymore, but him and Cargill were very good together last season but obviously he’s injured.

I dunno why we haven’t replaced Brunt to be honest, another young loanee makes perfect sense.

I am genuinely dreading seeing our line-up for this.

Poku against McClean and O'connor down that side really frightens me today. Ricky Jade-Jones is the kind of player who causes us issue also. Not holding out for anything. Would snap your hand off for a point now.
4-1 Posh.
Poku x2, Randall 1, Jade-Jones 1. Fletcher with a consolation header late on

Pretty shocking as expected, Flint and Baccus now injured.

Good news is Cargill and Hewitt are back but both haven’t played football for ages are not properly fit, I don’t rate Hewitt at CB and he’s played 140 minutes in over a year. Bench looking very weak, only defender is MacDonald who we wanted to get rid of, not L1 standard.

We have two kids on the bench and not one defender.

Your starting line up is about ten times as strong as ours, should be a comfortable win.

I’ll take a point alll day.

I wouldn't mind a point eirher, genuinely. We have 11 players injured.

Lets just agree that neither us are at our strongest squad wise.

Yeah absolutely, I think I would rather be in your situation is all, at least you do have a good starting eleven, obviously nothing on the bench. The only player who’s actually played any football recently in our back line is Akins, who’s a striker. You’ve got players that can make us look silly with that line up today.

Gregory and Evans will always be a threat to anyone in this division upfront at least.

2-0 up half time. Kept Randell and Poku very quiet. O'connor hit the bar from a free kick.

Next goal is key
