Anyone know what happened with the Lacy/Abdullah/Prescott trade?

Was showing pending last I saw but that was a few days ago.

Have to admit its not the greatest trade I've seen considering one of the players is going to IR Designated Return and the other is a QB who could lose his spot in a couple of weeks when Romo is healthy. May be wrong on that but on the face of it I've seen better.

Yeah it said it was accepted and would go through on Friday morning, but nothing seems to have happened and the trade line has disappeared.

Strange one then. Last I saw of it was the email confiming the agreement and then it in the pending trade agreement.

I've come to the conclusion on this fantasy league I'm pretty much screwed on this. Both my top RB's are still out or listed doubtful. My one productive WR seemed to break his hand in practise and am pretty much relying on D/ST and my kicker to get me points. Moral to the story, never leave it to auto-draft.

Trade offer was made on Fri or Saturday though, and was accepted on Monday morn i think, before the extent of the injury was known.

...

Matthews, Burnett both out, Guion and Danone Jones now doubtful. My confidence in a win tomorrow has taken a hit...

From what it looks like it's either been vetoed or cancelled. Even if it's been accepted you can still cancel the trade until it goes through. Not going to lie but if I was the one sending Lacy and only getting Prescott in return I'd have cancelled that as well. It's just bad timing Abdullah going down like that.

Ah I didn't realise that once you've accepted a trade you can then cancel it. Yeah course, if I was sending Lacy for them I'd cancel after that injury too, thought it was locked in etc but totally understand the cancellation. All good :)

And then we score 3 TDs to win 49-35.

Watching this Tennessee game right now, it's never a good sign when your punter is your best player by far.

I have no idea what to expect. Packers firm favourites, but this Lions team since Cooter has been OC is so unpredictable, as witnessed by actually winning at Lambeau last season and then the hideous loss to the Titans last weekend.
Ansah is out, massive blow, as is Abdullah, the O went to pot when he got injured. If the Lions have a hope of winning the D needs to show up, has to keep it close so they can win 17-15 or something. Otherwise I'll go 31-14 Packers.

Yeah I just read Ansah is out, great for us given the problems in the oline interior last week.

We've got Shields out too, so on the one hand we could have two offences airing it out with both running games currently lacking and both defences below full strength. Then again I guess the alternative is two offences slogging it out and not much working on either side. We certainly don't look like the passing game is about to click, has been over a season now...

Tennessee were 21-3 down going into half time but have completely turned this game on its head and now lead 31-21. The Gators QB just threw a ridiculously unnecessary interception straight at the Tennessee player.

Ryan Tannehill really is a terrible QB. Got to wonder how much longer the Dolphins can tolerate this. This is the fucking Browns they are up against.

Fair play to Buffalo today, genuinely gave them no chance but maybe the Cards are just possibly a little over-rated on what we've seen so far this year.

An actual "is that a catch?" where I agree with the decision in Jacksonville. Pretty rare.

As HORRIBLE a Bengals performance as I've seen in some time. Obvious they need a bit of a shot in the arm and luckily it looks like we'll be getting Burfict and Eifert back on Thursday.

Oh and it was obvious at the time but we clearly should have matched what Detroit gave Marvin Jones.

So Abdullah out what do the Lions do running wise, basically they don't bother, reverted to just airing it out and unbelievably stayed in the game, the Packers D is not so good. Sadly the Lions D, even as banged up as it is, not so good either. Marvin Jones, massive day, over 200 yards, couple of TDs, who needs megatron. Expected a loss but a little peeved that if the D had been just a tad more on their game the Packers were there for the taking, right now Green Bay looks a long, long way from being a challenger for the big prize.

Talking of the main challengers, scrub the Cards from that list with their current performance and how they've generally looked through 3 weeks. Long way to go though and you only have to get in to win but right now, with D winning titles and all that Vikings-Broncos looks most likely Superbowl.

Miami have just completely Cleveland'd it up. Oh my.

Any other team you'd say this is all she wrote but it is Cleveland.

Edit - yep sure enough. It's just sad.

Damn, the Vikings are ridiculous. Set back after set back, yet still look formidable. Just made a very good Panthers offence look poor. Their defence must be in the top 5 in the league. Be interesting to see what record they finish with, their schedule all looks winnable.

Why the hell didn't Washington throw that then. Far too conservative.

I swapped out Stafford for Palmer under an hour before the games started, I shouldn't be allowed near my fantasy team.

Miami just squeak home.

I feel so sorry for any Cleveland Browns fan. It's not really fair what they have to go through each year.
