Dreadful onside kick decision by Detroit.

Not complaining mind.

I really don't understand the American Sports aversion to drawing/tying games. Seems there is an almost universal hatred towards drawing games and I find it bizarre. This Redskins-Bengals game didn't deserve a winner. A tie was a fair result, yet the overriding sentiment is to whinge about the fact it was a tie. Strange.

There was an American near me going out of his god damn mind for the entire overtime. When the Skins we were dicking about before the FG he was yelling 'COME ON, IS IT TOO WINDY FOR YA? WE WANNA GO HOME' and then the tie just tipped him over the edge into 'GOD FUCKING DAMN IT, ARE YOU SERIOUS?' mode. There really are some oddballs, 2 Skins fans in front of me spent the first half telling the English Skins fan next to them that they were 'actually from DC' and then bizarrely left at the start of the 4th quarter - why come all that way?

Good game though and nice to see our slow as fuck defense put in their usual performance and my man Andy Dalton was in the form that proves the 'playoff atmosphere' in Wembley really is true.

I would recommend forking out a bit extra for Club Wembley too, a much nicer experience.

Shout-out to the girl behind me in a Ray Rice jersey and the German guy sat next to me in a Pats jersey and Broncos hat. I'm sure you're lovely people but terrible attire choice.

Feels like a game that got away, despite playing a good team at their dome.

I thought we actually did a very good job defensively. Neither Freeman or Jones had (I think) big games. Main issue on that side of the ball for us was the lack of pressure on Ryan, which combined with facing Jones and having the sparse corner group we have at the mo, all in all was a good performance. I know Atlanta's o-line is much improved but given the amount of pass rushers we have (even without Matthews) we should have gotten to Ryan a little easier.

On offense, with no RB (2nd year FB Ripkowksi taking handoffs), Montgomery and Cobb added to the injury report, thought the offense looked pretty good. Rodgers was essentially the RB, o-line is still performing well, Nelson showed some flashes and Trevor Davis is the next to emerge at WR. No need to panic, but felt like we should have won that game.

First time Dak has really looked like a rookie. More bad throws thru 3 Qs tonight than the rest of the season put together.

And that fake punt aside the special teams have been a total stink bomb tonight.

Not great coming out of a bye week.

A move that has stunned me more than the Bradford trade.

Jamie Collins to the Browns. 3rd round pick.

There are no words. What the actual fuck!!!

I can only guess with it being a contract year Collins has indicated he won't be accepting anything below top of the market value (rightly) so BB decided to trade him now. That is the only explanation I can think of. Other than that this is just stupid, so much of the good stuff our D does goes through Collins. We'd better hope Hightower can stay healthy for the rest of the year now.

It's even better looked at from the Browns' POV.

Our season is already over, what shall we??? TRADE FOR A LINEBACKER WHO'S A FA NEXT YEAR!!

Have to think the Browns have a contract lined up though. I don't think that - these days - they strike as a team that's giving up 3rd round picks for half season rentals.

One would assume that may be the case. They have the cap room but then again so do the Pats. Apparently if what Schefter has said is accurate (and it usually is) Collins wanted Von Miller money. Pats were offering around $11m which is near to what Kuechly is earning. I believe the pick the Browns have traded is a compensatory pick rather than their actual third which would pretty much have been a second rounder in fairness.

Good luck to him getting it I guess. Poor bloke though, could just imagine the look on his face when he was told he'd been traded to Cleveland.

If he hit the FA market, a more enticing team probably would have come forward. They get a pro-bowl talent that likely would have snubbed them and the Pats get to ensure he doesn't join a contender. Sort of makes sense, though I thought the Pats would have paid him. He's amazing, could hurt them this season.

The way the Vikes have looked on offense so far can't help thinking the 6 points the Bears have at present could be enough.

Not really an instant classic this. Most entertaining thing so far was probably Cutlers pass hitting Jeffrey on the back of his helmet.

Approaching halfway in the third quarter and LSU and Bama still scoreless. Been quite compelling to watch as defensive slugfests go.

LSU actually mostly been winning the field position battle but not even threatened getting to the red zone. Problem is Bama shut down Fournette and there is literally nothing else from LSU offensively.

Big Ben returning for the Steelers today. What a warrior to come back the way he has so quickly etc...

A player each for Dallas and Cleveland thrown from the game already. Nice.

seemed like a rough ejection that, bit of handbags. For a sport that involves people running headfirst into each other every 5 seconds, they don't half piss themselves over some petty stuff.

Browns D has been penalised for lining up offsides 4 times thru 3 quarters. Even did it on back to back snaps. WTF.

Aye its been maddening to watch and I'm not even a Browns supporter so god knows what they must think.

Got to hand it to this Cowboys offense, it's really impressive even though today they are up against a bunch of bums. Was an eye opener earlier in the game the way Jamie Collins got roasted by Witten for a TD.

Impressed with the Fins as well today. If it weren't for Tannehill I'd be looking at them for a wildcard.

big stuff from Stafford and Prater. Must be nice having a kicker that can kick FGs over 40 yards.

Fitzpatrick sucks, just keep Petty in.
