Scunny looked a class above. Paddy Madden was quality.

It's a wake up call, rather have it now than the beginning of the season

Carlisle United reject.

Hartlepool made Paddy Madden look like Rakish Bingham. Sort it out!

Lulling them into a false sense of security.

Rakish aimed at the post last night instead of waking everyone up to his class. Watch him ignite on 8th August.

It's true, he actually spent his entire time at Mansfield intentionally performing poorly, partially so he could fit in with the rest of the Stags squad, but also as a long term strategy to fool other teams into thinking he was a mediocre nothing player. Now that he has joined a sleeping giant club in a bustling megalopolis like Hartlepool, Rakish will finally reveal just how good he is, and that long-term strategy is about to pay off in spades.

You've nailed it there Mr Naitch.

Amazing insight from a non-Poolie. I salute you.

Is it not concerning that your whole season is relying on Bingham? It looks like you're a 1 man team. Gateshead 5-3 Bingham. He even hit the post against Scunthorpe.

What are you going to do if Bingham gets a serious injury? You'll be absolutely fucked!

For Bingham to get injured someone has to get near him first ... can't see that happening , ... He may need a day off to collect his knighthood but they can organise that for Orient away

I would be happy for Rakish to score a hat trick every game as long as pool lose every game 5-3.

Perhaps they need to rename a 'hat-trick' and instead call it a 'Bingham'?

'Hat-trick' is a stupid word for it any'rode. A 'Bingham' would emphasize its importance more.

In unrelated news, Hartlepool are reporting record sales in their club shop (which looks suspiciously like the office of a local building contractor in this photo).

Nelson-Addy looks like he's misheard what was being asked when someone said 'can you do a shift in the club shop?'.

Don't want to derail this thread from it's main theme, which as everyone knows, is the greatness of Rakish, but I have to say it pleases me a lot to see Rakish has good taste in clothes and fashion. I'm particularly impressed by his studded belt. My point is this - should Raki realise that he is only a man after all, and desires to make some serious dosh and therefore leaves for Madrid or Milan, then he doesn't need to change hie entire wardrobe in order to feel at home with the fashionable locals.

I'm tempted to mirror his look next time I go for night out on the town. I'm thinking I should be a hit with the ladies, no?

Vanni (soon to be part of the RABAS committee , if my fellow RB fans vote for me that is)

Raki?? Raki??? :eyes:

How dare you be so familiar??

How rude. It's 'the dynamic Hartlepool hit man' to you. :2thumb:

I think Vanni , a studded belt is essentially a babe magnet , so you can't go wrong there ... as far as his left hand goes ... when you've gotta scratch you've gotta scratch
