Blackpool FC is not dying, merely sinking to it's natural level

Probably the only club in football desperate for players to stop the rot and we didn't sign a single player.

If the football authorities can't see that this is a manufactured destruction of a football club then they have failed to do their job.

"The Pool boss blasted: “I speak to the chairman every other day and the lack of support claim is rubbish. He has given me support.”
But McDonald certainly isn’t criticising his boss. He added: “I’ve had plenty of support from the chairman. We’ve brought 12 players in.

Could we see Blackpool go down with an all time low point tally?

Hopefully!
Just curious on this 'different league' rivalry. Where exactly do you want to see Blackpool?......League 2?, , Conference?........or liquidated and out of business all together?

No way do I want them to go 'out of existence' , just simply relegated for this year only (bet)

I don't want them out of business (which they won't be), but I'd happily see them in the Conference for 20 years.

Thing is, the money won't dry up and it won't affect them until we go out of League One and into League two. The attendances will drop after this season and you will see literally around 2k home fans. It's disgusting. Ripped my club away from me by greed, I wouldn't mind if they took 50% of it for themselves but still did everything we wanted. But fucking Fleetwood are miles ahead of us, FLEETWOOD, no disrespect to them. But they shouldn't be ahead of us. Their stadium is very smart, their training ground is delicious. All because their chairman is speculating to accumulate. Not just accumulate, accumulate and accumulate some more.

Blackpool have been in the fourth tier before and clearly look to be heading that way.
The question though is how far does a team / club drop before they arrest it and start to move in the right direction???
if I was a Blackpool supporter I would be prepared that the decline will possibly not stop at league 2, you only have to look where Stockport County are now (albeit different circumstances) and it is not that many years ago they wee playing in the 2nd Tier (Championship).

No they are just not funding the Oyston's any more until they leave.

Some fans want them to lose as they are of the opinion the quicker we go down and down the sooner they leave, I'm not so sure about that. I still want us to win all though I am acustomed to us losing all though last night was a pleasant surprise.

Are Blackpool making the attendances up? They said over 7000 fans were there on Tuesday. The vine on twitter supposedly seven minutes before kick off suggests otherwise.

Yeah, we're doing what Preston used to do. We'll end up inviting 3,000 school kids to big games too to boost numbers.

Wasn't over 3k there on Tuesday.

Ha, is this another one of those classic Blackpool lies? ...3,000 school kids

Like every club we gave about 50-100 free tickets to schools/ community groups, i'd hope we still do.

Even if there was no boycott, your crowds would be nowhere near what ours were in League One.

Why not create a splinter club? Go your own way. Start in step 8 in a regional league and be a fan owned club. It worked for Wimbledon and Darlington ( so far ).
Hereford will climb back too I'm sure.
Fuck them.

You had terrible home crowds last season considering your position. Your ground is vastly too big for you and it's an awfully quiet one too. Remove the Oystons are our home attendance and away attendances would be better.

I don't care if you think it is a lie or not, I've been to Deepdale for the past few derbies and it's full of school kids. 50-100. :pond:LOL

Oh and to Tom. Nope, it isn't what every club does. Blackpool only started doing it two seasons ago and had never done it before that.

Too many people hoping that the Belekon thing comes to fruition because if he takes control of the club, what happens then? We go back and abandon what we set up? We've got to ride this out.

Terrible? We averaged 10,852 last season, Blackpool averaged 4,000 less than that when they were last promoted from this league. Glass houses...

There is literally no evidence to say your crowds would be better than ours, other than made up ones by deluded lashers. home and away we're better supported than you with the figures to back it up. Stop using Oyston as an excuse for everything.

Deepdale is also no quieter than Bloomfield, the only time your atmosphere was remotely decent was when you were in the Prem. In fact, the atmosphere has been pretty good at North End this season, being back in a proper league and all.

'Full of school kids'?... do you ever stop lying?

LOL. You're so deluded it's funny you put that into a post. Biggest LoL for me was ....

"There is literally no evidence to say your crowds would be better than ours, other than made up ones by deluded lashers. home and away we're better supported than you with the figures to back it up. "

And then this topped it off for a bigger LoL. "Deepdale is also no quieter than Bloomfield, " Deluded and thick spring to mind.
