Anyone who loves a moan get over to OTIB, it's open season by the looks of it.

OTIB is mostly OK these days I find. People overreact a bit too much after a defeat but on the whole, most posters on there are articulate and well educated. Compare it to something like say the Barnsley forum and youll see the huge difference! (No disrespect to any passing Tykes!)

Seen something about Magners being linked with Premier League sides. Surely I'm not the only one that just hasn't seen the hype about him? I'm not saying he's awful, I think he's a decent player on his day, I just don't see the hype.

I think he's a good defender. Though I've been quite dissapointed with his distribution lately.

The Waghorn rumour is interesting. If there's any truth in it, it doesn't say much for Engvalls' chances.

He's our best defender by far

Flint's just as good. Them two have been superb and Moore looks decent, full backs are the issue though.

Letting Ayling go looks as stupid as letting Cunningham leave. To think some thought it was a good idea at the time.

I'd say by far is an exaggeration imo, I know Flint had a dodgy spell but he seems to have recovered from that.
"By far" is perhaps an exaggeration at this moment in time, but as of right now he is a better all round defender than Flint and he has far, far more scope to improve.

Still don't have an issue with Ayling leaving tbh, always thought he was overrated. He was good but was caught out of position way too often, something that even contributed to our goal against Leeds.
Little isn't good enough to start for a top half Championship side, but there was no way to know Matthews wouldn't be fully fit by now, and a fit Matthews is a huge upgrade on Ayling.
Think we may see some of Vyner after January if no one is brought in, he's been a regular for Accrington but was in the Lansdown Stand on Saturday instead of playing their cup game, think Johnson doesn't want him cup tied.

Little isn't good enough for a championship side full stop. Ayling is good enough for this level. Just ask Yeovil and Leeds fans. The Matthew's situation is a strange one. Not fit for us, but just been called up for the national team.

It's not that he's not fit, he's just been wank this season.

Does it matter if the club can sell him for over 10 mill

In reality its an extra year added to his current deal and being just before the window opens shows potential targets that we have complete faith in him. You regularly hear stories about how players sign for the club because of the manager and how they sell it. The extra year shows we have no intentions of him leaving.

Who are they playing?
Luton, assume we've allowed you to use our training facilities ahead of your game at Huddersfield and he was taking in the game.

There's probably some sort of reciprocal agreement I would imagine although you would only use ours for games against us and Cardiff I should think, maybe Reading as well.

Well our lot hadn't set off yet as they took the game in as well.

According to Grayson and Ridsdale at our fans forum last night, Abraham's wage at Chelsea is 3 times more than our highest earner (rumoured to be ~£10K :eyes:)

Solanke wanted £50,000 didn't he? What's £30,000 a week to Chelsea to keep their high potential talent at the club rather than going to other clubs to prove themselves.
