Hazard was industrial, sure, but it never came to much really. Kanté was your best player on the pitch by a country mile, he managed the incredible feat of never giving Messi an inch nor ever being out of position.

I reckon Hazard must have won about 10 free kicks just from shielding the ball and dribbling, he was a great outlet without a target man on the pitch. Kante, Azpilicueta, Hazard and Willian all stood out I thought.

A draw was the right result. Remember Barca created the only proper chance with that brilliant ball for paulinho early on. Chelsea didn' really create clear chances it was all shots from distance. Saying that William was very good with his shooting. So glad Messi got his goal as he was the best player on the pitch. Some of his control and quick passes in tight areas was brilliant

I can see Sevilla getting a result tonight. Would be even better if they managed it without United scoring. Sanchez has been far from impressive so far and Lukaku is Lukaku, big match and decent opposition so unlikely to score. *

Sevilla just aren't very good though. We managed to struggle against them twice but that was our own doing. I can see a 1-1 with United scoring early and sitting back for the rest of the 90.

I didn't say they were very good, I said they were decent. And with it being at home for them, I can see them getting something. United aren't that convincing for me, and away from home in Europe will be happy picking up a draw (one of the few occasions Mourinho's attitude in that respect is justified). Especially if they bag an away goal in the process.

I can see them being happy to win it at Old Trafford where Liverpool and City wanted the tie put to bed in the first leg and played accordingly.

Absolutely. Had we played Savilla I've no doubt a more reserved tactic would have been employed.
