The Scots do have a massive advantage over their supposed equals the Kazakhstanis, though, in that they can travel south, sample the wonderful coaching and footballing education of the English game, fail miserably, and then return home with a wealth of new information, techniques and talents to disseminate through the Scottish game. It's almost like having a cheat code.

You mustn't forget the wonderful advantage you have in being neighbours to the English and I think that should be at the forefront of your mind next time you google "list of countries by population" and compare it to the FIFA world rankings.
