Generous Hosts Birmingham City give Bolton Wanderers fans food for thought

The Bolton away support will receive a drink and an item of food free with their tickets next week

There's not been much for Bolton fans to celebrate this year with their team rock bottom of the Championship and seven points from safety.

The away fixture at St Andrews may not been an exciting prospect either, with theBirmingham City looking to kick on with their play-off push over the next few games.

The 100 mile journey will be made slightly more attractive with the prospect of free refreshments however.

The travelling Trotters' tickets will be redeemable for a drink as well as a free pie, burger or hot dog when they arrive in the second city next Tuesday.

A nice touch from the promotion hopefuls who will be looking to trump the Trotters next Tuesday.

Personally I'd have given them a cup of water and some gruel following them reveling in our imminent relegation a couple of seasons ago.

Jose - We too are going to have an appalling turnout at Brighton away a week on Monday neet.

We might have half a chance if it was ever general sale or POTD but alas no.

Expect 1,200 from Leeds currently (could change if we beat Watford on Sat in Cup. BTW we have 4,100 in that Watford end with a huge amount of segregation netting reducing at least 1500 off that stands capacity- barmy)

Away holds 4500 and with segragation added about 4450, Leeds was the best away following this season and they brought 4419. I wouldn't worry, if eddie D doesn't release the money to HMRC on Monday, match may not go ahead. He's only raised £11m in the last two weeks so am guessing he rather likes the money
