No chance have Wednesday got better away support than Sunderland, Wednesday are decent but Sunderland are going through a bad time, if they were doing well they would sell out everywhere like last time they were down here under keane.

Our third “final allocation” of 4074 for Fulham in a few weeks have sold out. I do actually think that’ll be the final figure.

I do like it as a day out, but the recent trend of shutting every pub within about a 3 mile radius [after the game I should say] takes the shine off it for me, by the time you’ve finally got on the tube I always think, might as well just go all the way home now. Probably exactly what the police intend.

When we were at Chesterfield opening day their local Police tweeted that due to GTFC fans smashing up a pub before the game they wanted all pubs in the area shut after the game and pretty much forced them all to.
I thought it seemed strange as before the game both sets of supporters seemed in good spirits and all mixing together with no trouble at all that I saw and I hadn't heard of any trouble either.
Later transpired that no such incident had happened and the Police had lied just to stop any potential trouble after the game.
When pulled up on it later they tried claiming it had all been a misunderstanding. Bullshitting twats.

Wouldn't be that, our "fan liaison officer" had a cob on about our allocation there couple of years back.
