£39 for villa fans at hillsborough, no doubt 4.5k will pay it.
Depends if we keep up the good form. I think we will hit 4k either way, providing we take the full allocation. We might just take the upper first, then depending on sales will then take the lower.

That was a serious season for fighting. You had Millwall, Burnley, Stoke, Cardiff, Bristol City, Preston, Chesterfield, Wigan, Blackpool, Oldham, Wrexham, Oxford, Luton, Scunthorpe and Reading in the same division.
As if you added Scunny to that list you absolute fucking ball bag.
Scariest thing about being approached by Scunny fans is that they might threaten to stab you with an HIV infected needle.

I like to call a spade a spade. Surely you cannot defend that following?

Mate, last time you went to Ipswich (Saturday 17th September 2016) you took less than 2000 too, so if we're on par with the might Aston Villa, it's far from "fucking shite"
-------------
CROWD WATCH
Over 13000 seats were left empty here at Portman Road and the atmosphere was pretty dead to be fair.

Villa sold almost 2000 tickets and made good noise throughout but, as usual, they had little to cheer about other than a lucky escape at the death.

Attendance: 19,249

There was no general sale in the home ends, because we had sold out, and they didn't want villa fans buying in the home ends.

You sold 1882 (7 fans less than us lol) and you say it was a sell out?

It sold out on the 26th of august and never made general sale. The game wasn't until the 17th of September so figure that one out. We sold out what we were allocated. We could of had 3k there if they would of let us.

Norwich week before xmas, and on tv, 1600
Newcastle midweek on tv, 1700
Blackburn 6400.

I'm just going off what the match report tells me pal, I don't know exactly what the usual allocation for Ipswich away is, I presumed it was around 2k.

Still, 7 more fans Wolves than Aston Villa fans last trip to Portman Road, sell out or not :brill:

It's less than 2k, but they just round it off to that. Leeds were allocated an extra 3-400 last season, and and extra 1600 this season. I'm pleased for you, well done ;)

You've taken more to Bristol city and Barnsley this season than we have. I just expect more demand from you that's all. It's not as if you ain't got the fanbase.

Allocations vary, we sold out our opening away day there in 2015, 1,700.

Took some class followings this season from wolves but it's not no where near as consistent as you'd expect from a club like wolves. Reading, barnsley and bristol city were great yet failed to sell out 2k allocations for 3pm games at millwall and Ipswich and the following at Wednesday was shocking too. Being the bigger club i always thought wolves were slightly better away supported than us, maybe it's about evens.

I've never rated their away support much. To be honest, ours weren't great the last few years in the prem. For a club the size of wolves, and how well they are doing, most games should be selling out. I'd rate Sheffield united better over the last few years.

Wednesday and Wolves possibly evens.

Sheff Utd? I’ve never seen you sell out down here.

No chance. Wednesday piss all over them. Blues travel better than wolves considering.

To be fair I was going by the away numbers down the Gate. Wolves and Wednesday have always come down here in numbers but not the blades. Think they brought 800 a few years ago!

Of course our away following is nothing to shout about at times.

Wednesday have much better away support than us both, we've never travelled well to Ashton gate though but I ain't judging it on 1 ground. We took more to Norwich last week than wolves who are top of the league are taking to Ipswich. If we were top there would be 3k demand for a trip to somewhere like that. Like I said I've always thought wolves was slightly better so that's why I'm surprised they haven't sold out

Could be wrong but I am sure we averaged more than them last season, and the season before that.

They take decent numbers when they are doing well but they'd be averaging closer to 1.5k if they had a year what Blues have had.
