Yet you won’t sell out the home ends Saturday, so I think it’s a big game for you.

It just surprises me as many years ago Preston had seasons of averaging over 30k, thought you’d still have enough casual followers to sell out that number against City fairly quickly.

Didn’t you sell out the Millennium against West Ham as well?

I'd still say Saturdays the bigger game and as per usual we'll have the hardcore of 10-11k fans on. The casuals from tonight won't be seen again until the next plum tie.

We did sell out against West Ham, but it was our biggest game in years and there was a buzz about the place that we were finally going to break the playoff hoodoo. We'd beaten them home and away in the league and in the cup if I'm remembering correctly.

White better than Jansson :ffs:

Yes, currently. 8 games in.

Watched every Leeds game Pontus played, I know his traits, demeanour, quality, I know his off field stuff too.

Bielsa, Orta have uncovered a potential Rolls Royce in White.

Huge call to make after Jansson was your best player last season - Bielsa's words.

North End did the right thing with the tickets, you could only get a home ticket if you had registered as a member before August 2019 and it was only one ticket per person until the final week.

Preston is glory hunter central anyway, I bet a lot of people who went on were Liverpool/ United fans waiting to see if City were likely to play any of their first teamers.

I know three people who went on last night who attend once or twice a season and just have a passing interest in PNE, no way will they be there on Saturday.

Fair enough.

Did you get any messages from distant mates asking to sort you tickets for the game?

Had quite a bit of that when we played United and City, unless they'd shown a decent interest in City before I just ignored it tbh.

Couple of lads from work asked the question, semi-jokingly.

Liverpool fan from Blackburn and a United fan from Wigan, fuck off.

If he is any good Man United will sign him in a few years time, like they always do, but with 8 games in he could prove not all that and end up at Rotherham. Only judge a player after a whole season, look at Keogh been excellent for us in the past 7 years, Marriott looked great in the first part of last season, but looking bag average now.

It would be his privilege.

Keogh is fuckin shite.
Keogh has been outstanding for Derby mate, gives 100 percent every game, he would walk into most championship teams. I have watched him for the past 7 or so seasons, he has been our stand out player most seasons, and we are usually in the top 6, your team would love a Keogh in it.

He's been outstanding in a team for 7 years that has failed, he cost you a play off final.

He's a fucking cheat.

Had he been any good he'd be plying his trade elsewhere. Accept it, he's a bog standard Champ defender.

He wouldn’t even get in the Barnsley defence.

Giving 100% surely is the absolute bare minimum for a professional footballer every time they step out onto a playing field?

I wouldn’t take Keogh, he’s one of the reasons you always fall short as you never replace him. Cocu may see sense and go with a Bielik/Clarke partnership before long.

Don't jump on the mongy Forest bandwagon with the old KeOgH Is ShItE...

Keogh's been very good at this level for ages now. 1 costly mistake over all those top 6 and top half finishes doesn't tarnish his outstanding rep for us. (Up until this cunty trick).

Massive blow for us, playing out from the back will be even more suicidal with Curtis Davies at CH. Can't see us finishing top half without him.

Not jumping on any bandwagon, he's a thuggish fucking cheat from my own memories of seeing him play.

Sure we could say this about half the Championship having watched it for the past decade.

Some good meme's knocking about though, never boring at our place.

Derby are a club in trouble. Having read the club statement, if these three players (one being the captain) see fit to do what they did and when they did it then the culture at the club is rotten. Not even the most die-hard Derby fan could think any different - this is actually two fingers from them to you Derby lads on here.

On this point I agree with you, heard they was in a local pub in a nice area of Derby, out of there minds, and yes Keogh being our captain should have known better, Lawrence and Bennett done for drink driving, not good for our club image.
