Yeah I was going to. I might get the train instead now though, as I can imagine it will be a nightmare getting home. Exactly what I need when I have to be up at about 3am next morning
BBC Berkshire saying that there is a review meeting today between all parties involved ( HA, Wokingham Council , contractor and the club) and the issue of delaying the closure Thursday will be discussed. They seem to think it will be delayed until 11pm
Confirmed now, which is good.
Any away/neutral pubs recommended? Preferably not near the station.
The only pub nearish the ground is The World Turned Upside Down which is by the Whitley Travelodge on the Basingstoke road. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the ground from there. If you get there early enough you can park in there for free as well.
Might give that a try then, assuming they allow away fans in there? I realise I could just email/call them directly and I am being extremely lazy.
I think we sold out but we only took the small allocation. Quiet support which makes a dull game worse.1,376 QPR
Preston sold out?Great following from Hull (if they charged the same prices vs us and Wednesday), shocking turnout from Preston.
Always surprised Wolves struggle to sell-out up here. It's not too far and they're a big club. Strange.
Reduced capacity fella, it holds 4.5kOh I take it back then. I thought that stand at Burnley held like 6 or 7 thousand.

491 Boro at Ipswich
Unusual for Middlesbrough.
They've split it, got home fans at one side of it.Anyone found a reason why its reduced yet cos prem teams had the whole end last year.
Did you abuse them til you couldn't anymore? They've split it, got home fans at one side of it.
you've clearly forgotten 3 years ago
back to normality for them bandwagoners
In fairness on a friday night on sky for a 250 mile trip theres not many who would take more. Iv always thought theyve had reasonable away support nothing like the last 2 years but no other club barring yourselves can take the numbers they have in the last 2 seasons so bandwaggoners or not its still cracking away support.

Wise words blademan. When bragging about Leeds support, our dim witted friend fails to mention that the population of Leeds is FIVE times that of Boro. For a city of it's size, Leeds support is shite. Always has been, always will be.
I'd have Villa in that category as well. Will be interesting to see how they travel next season if they come down, which is looking more and more likely by the week. Its a rugby town there home support isn't the best but there away support, there is only man utd, liverpool, arsenal and everton that can rival it and none of those will ever come down for 12 years and still be shite.

'kin hell, didn't realise they'd gone off the boil in terms of away numbers. I know a few Leeds fans were worried about potentially being overtaken as the 'best away fans in the league' next season by Villa.Get a grip look at there following at southampton today barely half full they don't even come close

Think they'd probably sell out the majority of their games next season, with their being a lot of new grounds for them to adventure to and such.
Any idea on their away averages in recent years, and the number in comparison with other teams in that league? Don't really follow the PL enough to know all this.
