from a club that backed FFP, it's a fucking disgrace

if by some miracle you do pass FFP next season then I will apologise, but I can't see how any club can spend 23m (reportedly) and still be under the loss bracket

QPR are worst mind and when they get away with it all, us , Forest and Fulham etc can all bring lawsuits to the FL, so we all win

Why is it a disgrace though Kev? Whilst we're obviously throwing cash around our strategy isn't the worst IMO. Most certainly better than yours and Forest's has been in recent years.

I highly doubt we'll pass next year, this year was the year where it would be touch and go, I'd be surprised if we don't get a fine/embargo next year. If and when we do, we'll deserve it. Find it rich coming for clubs at this level who are awfully ran that you can label us a disgrace.

Take a look around, if you think it's just us with this approach then I pity you.

Good Rangers following in terms of numbers, horrific in terms of support. It had to take a third goal for the home fans to hear any faint sound of a song from 1.200 followers.

Heard louder from sub 100 followings in League 2, but those that went must be delighted as after we failed to do anything after a dominant first half, they had a ten minute period that took the game away from us; fair play.

Excuse me for biting...

I love how people just add 5 million onto our total, and then when talking about individuals they add the odd million here or there too. Don't kid yourselves (it's not just you) that there's nothing against us either. The last 3 seasons have confirmed that. If that was the case there would be these kind of responses for Boro, Burnley, Hull, Brighton and so on...

"Can't wait". Give over Blademan.

Leicester have cheated to get there as have bournemouth and qpr. There is rules in place but there a waste of time teams can spend what they want to get there but if they dont do it in 3 years then they end up like forest, fucked.

I bit the bullet last week and got ours, £61 for me and two young kids , I've justified the cost as there's six of us going so it'll cost us a total of under a tenner each to get there.

£61 well spent :animatedf:

Many many years ago the Vic was a puffs parlour, but they got fed up of crowds of lads on the piss going in on a Saturday night and smashing the place up and has been a venue for rock and indie bands for a good few years now.

Wednesday - the biggest club in the world
ever to regularly get 16/17k gates at home when shite.

And then Leeds take about 4/5 times as much each time. Different level.

We've only averaged 17k once since we dropped out of Premier league and this was when we finished in lower half of league one.

Everyone knows Leeds have great away support, home support is only average though for one club in one of largest City's in country.

If/When Villa, Sunderland and Newcastle come down they won't be in top 3 for home and away support.

For away support if we are anywhere near them in the league we will beat them all

I doubt that very much, especially Villa and Newcastle, they'll be no danger anyway whilst that lunatic owner and Evans are at club.

Leeds have far better away support than villa and newcastle even after being down for 10 years or so id still expect leeds to have better away support.

We will soon see with Villa and possibly Sunderland, I reckon Newcastle will escape drop anyway.

After years in premier league some fans might have got bored of going to same grounds and paying sky high ticket prices, a lot of fans will have new grounds to tick off, I have no doubts about Villa travelling in large numbers away next season in Championship.

Yes they will do but even though its there 1st season down i still dont think they will match leeds. West ham came down and didnt snd there away support is as good as villas

If Sunderland or Villa are up at the top all season and we are doing shit then id expect them to have higher, but if we are doing well none of them will beat us including Newcastle.

Sounds about right. Our 'support' has been questionable recently. I think it is years of being a joke, having people here that dont play for the shirt make it hard for them to want to get behind the team. Some 'fans' were calling for JFH head after 5 games - QPR isnt a happy place at the moment.

Some stats on Leeds vs other large teams in the Championship:

2009/2010 Newcastle 3170
2010/2011 Leeds 3484
2011/2012 Leeds 2896 West Ham 2792
2012/2013 Leeds 2678
2013/2014 Leeds 3045
2014/2015 Leeds 2774
2015/2016 Leeds 3204 (As of Jan 4th)

Other than 10/11, we've been bottom half. Newcastle and West Ham both got promoted.

Yeah we beat you by two....

you are obviously a good team Walkley, but other than Silvestri saving something going 10 yards wide then you scoring from the needless corner, then him spilling a schoolboy shot, what other chances did you have ?

that game would of ended 0-0 but for Leeds beating themselves again
