The first part of your post is a gross distortion of the facts... she made some innocuous tweets which were completely twisted out of all proportion by the men's rights activists who are so convinced that Evans is innocent.

Personally I don't think it's a good idea to go raking over the evidence again until we hear more from the Court of Appeal. The CCRC very rarely refer cases so there is some new evidence I'm sure, whether it's trivial or something that could genuinely see his conviction overturned, we will have to wait and see.

Nah, it's bizarre, his defence is basically built on the fact that if a drunk girl goes back with your mate then she's obviously gagging for it with you too. In some ways, he's not appealing his conviction but also the definition of rape. The idea that he snuck into a room with an already naked girl and had sex with her because she was pissed but not that pissed is, frankly, repulsive.

Will his lawyers get it overturned, dunno, maybe, but it won't be on any revelation and case-changing. So its beyond the realms of possibility she maybe was less than truthful about remembering?

I mean she was proved to have lied on oath (her usage of cocaine and cannibis)

She admitter she had drunk far more on previous occassions and had not suffered memory loss...

She states that she suffered memory loss from leaving the club (in which she was only drinking in for 90 mins... she did well to get so pissed that the moment she walked out the door she lost all knowledge...

Despite being supposingly too drunk she was able to follow clear instructions from the taxi driver. Able to count out exact coinage to pay for her pizza able to squat unaided to take a piss in the street (classy lady)

At no point has there ever been an indication she said she didnt want sex... and how would ched know exactly what she had drunk to know she was so drunk she couldnt consenť (in fact evidence according to the court report states that she was awake and responsive enough when the porter went up to listen outside the door (a porter she actually knew) it was also stated that she requested oral sex to be performed by Evans...

The fact it was also revealed that its not the first time she has accused professional sports players also throws so doubt (thats not to say juat because she has made it up previously it didnt.occur this time... but gives you food for thought)

On top of that this all started as a search for a missing hand bag.... and had both footballers simply denied having sex with her there would have been insufficient evidence to even raise charges... given that neither defendents at the time ejaculated (something from watching too many real crime programs is odd for a rapist not to do... as its all about power...)

And thats just scratching the surface.... before you get into the fact about the 2 differing verdicts for the same "drunk girl"

As the first defendent would have see the state of the "victim" stumbling in high heels etc... yet ched would have seen none.of this he would have seen just a girl requesting a sexual act... so this whole reason for one being convicted and the other seems backwards

You may say why did he sneak out the fire exit... he had just cheated on his missus he is hardly wanting to be seen..

(The fact he paid for the room on his card and told the taxi driver to wait with his friends inside as he went into the hotel seems to defy logic if he was hell bent on raping a woman..)

To find a man guilty it has to be BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT.... there is far too much doubt just in what i have shown above!! And thats without the texts... the admissions from bouncers etc. Etc....

You are also incorrect in saying he had 2 appeals...

His first was asking for "leave to appeal" which was turned down so he pushed on to appeal anyway... the only problem with an appeal you can only use the information already submitted in court and argue on the basis of law that something was mis read.

As for the victim ahe has had to change her identity due to announcing things that made it obvious it was her on social media... (including admitting to her current boyfriend at the time who then up and left her...maybe they found out more than was admissable in court..)

I also find it funny that no one has broughtthe obvious elephant in the room.... why is it that if a woman has been drinking its wholely the down on the man?? But when a man is also drunk... its also all his own responsibility....in times of equality.. surely when 2 people are drunk both should be responsibile for the actions... not just the man... (evans had actually been drinking all night... she had been working until gone midnight... before going out after....

You say there is a distortion of facts... is that not what occurred when Evans innocently stated why would he rape some one when he could have any woman he wanted due to his fame. (was twisted as arrogence by female activists and the prosecution when in truth it was just a simple statement of fact?

I am completely in favour of helping men who are wrongfully accused of rape, but that people are pinning their flags to Ched Evans whose actions were grossly lewd at best really ought to re-think their poster boy. Their are men who have fully consensual sex or actually never have sex with the person in question at all who deserve support, not some jumped up little asshole whose so self-important he can't possibly see the problem with sneaking into a hotel room despite having a partner and having sex with a excessively drunk woman purely on the alleged invitation of his team mate. A man whose family has dedicate a campaign of slander against the woman in question.

Whether he is found innocent or not, he is still an odious little toad, and the people falling over themselves with glee at the amount of cash he might receive and the chance to say "look, us fans were not evil all along" are worrying.

There's so much wrong in these 4 lines that I don't even know where to begin. She didn't receive any compensation, the social media messages were inadmissible in court because there was nothing to suggest they were related to, y'know, getting raped.

Have some dignity, clown. I'm not underestimating any fact either, sure it could get overturned, he still raped her though.

I find it incredible his Mrs is still with him after all this. Even if he didnt rape her (I have no clue either way) he cheated on her with some girl who was wasted after his mate had a go. Questionable character at best. Have some self respect!

Even if he gets acquitted this will follow him around forever.
