He scored the second goal against us in a friendly between us and Blues U21s on Friday night, not that it was a particularly difficult chance.

Some awful defending from both teams in there.

We have now registered 42 players so far this season, of which 32 have played some part (at least 1 sub appearance) and the average age of that 42 is 22 years old. That could be considered a waste of 10 wages really.

There are also only 10 over the age of 25, and of those the only ones still at the club are Hodgkiss, Langmead, MBH (loanee) and McQuilkin (signed today). Maybe doesn't take a genius to work out why we are where we are.

We've signed winger Ryan Jennings on loan from Wigan for an initial month. I imagine he'll mostly be used from the bench but it gives us an option of playing 4-5-1/4-3-3 with him and Dayton as two out-and-out wingers.

Our top scorer, arguably best player. Yeah, a bit weird he's going out on loan right? Allegedly assaulted someone in town on a Saturday night and has been suspended by the club, seems like he has a huge attitude problem and that's why he's descending down the leagues quite quickly.

Under Cox he was our right back/right wing back and that's where he got the majority of his goals from. Weirdly enough under Nicholson he was pushed forward to right mid and his goals seemed to dry up. He plays on the right side anyway...

We've released Calvin Dinsley who is expected to join Gloucester. He was never good enough and I think he lost his place under Hockaday when he lost it against Stourbridge and decided to haul someone to the ground then smash the ball into Gurjit Singh.
