Someone posted about his performance in a reserve game, and he kind of became the greatest player you never saw in your life. It all got a bit silly, and tbf most of the posters took it in good fun. There's a thread there now about him signing for you.

Just read it. Seems a funny scenario!

So it looks like we've made triple swoop....

http://www.footballconference.co.uk/news/details.php?news_id=19145

Obeng rings a bell, no idea if any good tho?!

Obeng was fantastic for us before Swansea signed him. Easily the best right back we've had down here. As Master D says he seems to have completely lost his way. Played handfuls of games in the league on loan but never settled anywhere. There's a reason he ended up at Witton. If you can get him interested again he should be far too good for this level, I've got a feeling he's another one for the football scrapheap though.

Doesn't sound like there's going to be a middle ground solid averageness to him then! All or nothing! It at least gives us another right back for when Halls gets his 5th, 10th, 15th bookings of the season.

It is frankly disturbing how much he adore Mills.

What's slightly odd there is that the one thing we probably don't need, other than a keeper, is a left back as Whittle has been absolutely fine.

He's really not who you need in a relegation fight. A good player on his day but a sulky sod when things aren't going his way. Lincoln fans did tell us I suppose.

No, he's a LB. I think Wrexham tried him on the wing(?) but he's not got the pace for there.

I'm not sure whether he was as good at Wrexham as he was here, but his delivery from open play and set pieces were fantastic for us. Created tonnes of goals. However, he's a wannabe winger, which will leave you horribly exposed at times. Defensively he's isn't the strongest.

Bit of numpty trick, as Wrexham Captain, to want out so quickly. That just about sums him up.

Can he kick a ball in a vaguely accurate manner and run for more than two minutes?

If so, we'll take it.

We've signed Ben Jefford on a one-month loan from FGR. Good. A decent defender is what we need.

He is a decent defender, but apparently now surplus to requirements and told he can leave as soon as he finds another club...I think he is yours if you want him!

I highly doubt we'd be able to afford him permanently unless we move some of our own on. We'll happily have him on loan for now though.

Jamal Lowe will become the latest player from Vanarama National League South club Hampton & Richmond Borough to be picked out by a Football League club - but not quite yet.

The player has signed a pre-contract agreement with Sky Bet League Two side Portsmouth after the two clubs agreed a deal this week.

Until the transfer window opens in January, it is understood that Lowe will be training on the south coast under Pompey manager Paul Cook but returning to The Beveree to play for the Beavers to keep himself match fit.

Not sure he's the fittest and is slow, but he can cross a ball.
And shoot. "He must have a foot like a traction engine" has been mentioned once or twice.

It's alright we will go bankrupt when we go down anyway and be playing with pub players on the Knavesmire.

Least Jackie will have gone.

Must admit, I'm confused about York. I'd assumed that from now on relegated sides would instantly be gunning for promotion like Dagenham are up to.
What's happened to that massively increased parachute payment?

It's been spent on absolute total shite by a tactically inept manager who has developed some sort of voodoo affair with the chairman and resigned into a CEO position.

I am still not sure how either.

Oh he managed to move a lot of players on for us this summer. He then replaced them with people like Michael Bakare , who had never played football before.
