Richard Brodie has joined Northern Premier League Premier side Rushall Olympic and scored in their 2-0 win over Nantwich in the FA Trophy yesterday.
On a similar note, Kyle Perry has joined his 3rd club of the season, Stourbridge

Bit of a coup for Solihull as they sign experienced Republic of Ireland defender Sean St Ledger.
Doesn’t sound like he’s played for ages, in part due to injury, so may be something of a gamble.

Meanwhile Solihull keeper Nathan Vaughan has left the club.

Vaughan was simply woeful against us recently so no surprise.

That's him,he joined us after Rotherham released him on a 3 year deal. When you had him on loan he was just coming back from kinjury and needed game time,no disrespect meant but he's much better than a Conference North player, rumour going round is his family couldn't settle in Bucks so hopefully for him the move to York will work out for both player and club.

Half expected him to turn up at our door as he is from Billingham, about 10 miles down the road. However we have an abundance of midfielders at the club. Could be worth keeping our eye on him though. I see he scored at the weekend!

He's been out for basically two years. To be match fit it will take well beyond the length of his short term contract - if he's about next season then maybe he'll come good but for now this has flop written all over it.

Signed keeper Nathan Vaughan after he recently left Solihull.

Lynch still struggling with the injury he picked up at Maidstone last week, the one their fans accused him of faking.

See Steve’s comment above...
Hope Lynch isn’t out too long for you, best keeper I’ve seen this season.

He's not definitely out tomorrow but certainly struggling with a knock. Just not sure on our back-up which is why he's probably come in.

Just watch the highlights of our home game against Solihull. Our two goals fro free kicks were placed at the side of the goal he was covering ;)

Aye, not great viewing but as I said, Lynch isn’t even definitely out tomorrow, his injury is only minor, he’s still very much our first choice between the sticks. It’s just that we have questionable cover beyond him really.

Holty's coming home! Grant Holt back to Barrow, I think as player coach
Hopefully it comes off, Kings Lynn announced it's happened whilst our club say it hasn't yet, although admitting discussions have taken place.
Maybe destined for the tin pot thread!!

Potentially! Probably should be in the rumours one for now, but I got a bit excited. Who cares if he's old and past it, and probably will only make a handful of appearances from the bench?
It's good to have a bit of a buzz back, which completely departed around the time Rochdale dumped us out the cup last January.

Shaun Okojie has gone to Wealdstone on a month loan. Probably a good deal for all parties

We've signed Shamir Mullings on loan from FGR for 2 months. I don't know anything about him other than he's supposedly a 6ft5 striker, which is what we need. Goal record are Chelmsford before FGR appears good but been on loan most his career.

Not quite sure he's the answer. We've no problem creating chances for our current forwards, they're just not very good at taking them. Just because he's a giant, isn't going to guarantee us hitting the net more. Really hope i'm proved wrong!

Macc might as well have taken him back with them on Saturday lol.

Good for our fringe players to get some experience at smaller clubs, where the pressure to perform wont be as big. Hoping he scores a few and gets some confidence, big difference in standard between the leagues so he might prove more of a handful for non league defences.

Top lad btw, should be good for a bit of banter if nothing else.

Simon Heslop on his way back to The Shay.
Good luck with that, he's been almost entirely usless for us, with a Simon Heslop shaped hole regularly appearing in our midfield. He scored a couple of class volleys, but that's pretty much it. A waste of a shirt.

Still disappointed we didn't sign him when we had the chance. I can't see him being a bit-part player for you, think he'll become a big part of your season.

Tend to agree, alarm bells ringing if this is where we're at in terms of recruitment these days.:dk:

Who knows, he might come good and he does clearly have some talent, but you wouldn't say that the signs were encouraging.

Tom Bolarinwa has been loaned to Sutton for 3 months.
No idea why he isn't being given a chance here, whenever he's played he's always looked good to me and he would be in my squad, Slade obviously just doesn't rate him but I'd expect him to thrive back at National League level.
