Hi Steve. I see we have signed Elliott Green from you until.the end of the season. Any good?
He was always solid for us until his injury. He's been out a long time but is a decent left footed center back. I hope he gets up to speed and full fitness asap for you. He deserves a break.

According to his twitter we’ve signed Drissa Traore from forest green. That seems like a good signing.

The irony in us signing two players FGr can’t afford to keep due to FFP.

Pleased with that. Their best player in the Play Off Final last season and we desperately need some fresh blood in midfield.

Think FGR released him a few days back.

Joy to watch, Drissa, though he struggled to make it past 60 mins in a lot of games and maybe got caught a bit for pace in the league. Should rip it up for Tranmere and wish him all the best.

ETA He had a few personal issues last year which probably affected him a bit, his mum in France died and he's caring for his siblings, but probably getting on with things a bit better now.

Jamie Wendles-Shite has departed the club. By mutual consent allegedly, but I’d counter that we binned him off because he’s an unprofessional liability who ended up offering out the fans, the lanky streak of piss.

He's a decent player in the National League and can dominate matches. Completely off his game at the end of his time at FGR, but he certainly hasn't been helped by his family issues, a falling out with Cooper and the pap that was playing alongside him before the January transfer window. You've got a decent player there.

Was that at our place?

We've signed some fella called Norman Wabo on loan from Southend until the end of the season. 16 goals in 17 for their U23s. Can't be too bad.

Paul Turnbull to Stockport now confirmed whilst we’ve also shipped out Liam Davies.

Doesn’t look up to it anymore Turnbull, big earner as well so it’s great news for us. Davies was that bad that after sending him out on loan to Leek they actually sent him back!

Your lad Luke George apparently out for the season. He's always crocked but on song he's a decent player at this level.

He looked quite decent here at first. All he can do is tackle but then started to realise that his lack of mobility meant it was only effective if play came to him. Teams started to play around him instead.

I think I've played more minutes than George this season, looks canny and enjoys kicking people about the pitch but he's made of tissue paper.

Wow did he actually play for us. I know we signed him in the summer, but did he actually play a game. If he did I never noticed him. Thanks County we owe you one. On the positive side we've now got £200k in the bank after Tranmere and Leicester City paid up.

He was North West young player of the year at Southport the season before we signed him.

Magnus Okuonghae has joined Welling on loan to the end of the season.

Also we've signed Michael Phillips on loan from Crystal Palace.

We have apparently signed former Lincoln City midfielder Karl Cunningham, 24, on a short term (non-contract) deal. Presumably he's playing for expenses and maybe a bag of crisps. Anybody recall him?

I can remember him here as a young kid, but he got released after his first, year long pro contract and went over to Sweden.

I'd just assumed he was playing for a Lincoln United type of level, two or three divisions below the Conference North now.

Been in Sweden ever since he left you apparentely. To be honest we’re just signing anybody who will turn out for free or near enough nowadays.

We’ve released some more deadwood in the form of Aron Pollock to Leatherhead. Kid’s absolute ceiling is Conference South, so this is a decent move for him.
