Our record earner Chris O'Grady has been released tonight by mutual consent!!

Big news, hopefully allows MA some room for manoeuvre cos we still need another striker or two, as well as a couple of wingers in my opinion

He's one of those modern day keepers who's good with the ball at his feet, but he is prone to an error. He was lucky when we played them last season in our home game with them, he tried to play the ball out from the back and got tackled, he was lucky the ref gave him a free kick in his favour that day.
In that case he's an upgrade on Farman who's left (who had an error in him but wasn't great with the ball at his feet), but, as we thought, likely to be second fiddle to Vickers.

I'm curious to know that if you start shit again will you be disappearing from the forum for 6 months like last season, or are you gonna stick around for the duration this time?

He’s getting rave reviews on twitter from Ross County fans so it probably means he’ll be shite

So did Munns and Donaldson, right that's it, I'm getting in first, I'm writing him off now, he's shite, get rid, bring back Scotty Harrison.

Fourth signing for Pools, Paddy McLaughlin from Gateshead who seemingly have no one left.

Quality player.
Ps don’t tell Darlo fans, according to them I say all ex York players are crap.
Done nothing for years McLaughlin. Wasn't he meant to be a world beater when Grimsby signed him however many years ago?!

He's actually just pudding bum.

He was a world beater at York, that’s where his reputation comes from and people still think he’s that good.

He's been solid for us, but not much more. Under our circumstances we needed to keep him as we need some experienced senior players in the spine to stand a chance of stopping up, but if you want to challenge for promotion he's really only a squad player nowadays.

As above, Jacob Blyth has signed for Barrow (though I thought he was a centre forward, previously with Motherwell). Also Josh Kay from Chesterfield - any good?

Also expecting a centre back and an assistant manager today or tomorrow.

Didn't you announce to this board that Fylde had little money?

I've prepared you a dish of your words, ready to eat.

You are getting Fyldefan and Eastleighfan mixed up. Different bandwagon jumpers, albeit with similar names.

James Alabi to Orient it is then. One of the worst strikers I’ve seen at Prenton in almost 50 years of watching Tranmere. Did a great impersonation of a beatle dieing on its back on his home debut.
Hope Orient get the Chester version of James Alabi and not the Tranmere one. Good luck to the lad.

Which one: John or George?

We were in for him before the start of last season but it sounds like we had a lucky escape!
