We have made midfielders Tom Crawford, Will Patching and Andy Kellett available for loan. Disappointed Crawford, who we signed for a fee from Chester last summer, hasn’t had a look-in, especially when we have looked pretty bereft of creativity in centre mid so far this season.

Charlie Lee has signed a 1 year deal with us. An experienced midfielder is just what we need, especially now Crofts has left.
Good signing for this level, suprised he moved south west!

His fitness is a slight concern as he was a bit injury prone for us, but a good leader with a lot of heart when he plays.

Make use of his long throw as well.

We've signed QPR youth keeper Marcin Brzozowski on loan to replace Liam Driscoll who's gone back to Reading with an injury.

He played a game on trial here. Wasn't tested much in terms of making saves but his distribution was awful. Don't think he picked out one of our players.

I'm hoping (and I think so is our manager) that he's not needed but we had to have back up in case Stuart Nelson gets injured.

It's a shame it didn't work out with him after he started so well.

Hemel Hempstead sign Mo Bettamer on loan from Barnet

With the quality they have up top I can't see how he gets in. With no recognised centre forward here he's had prime opportunity to get into our starting XI but looks lazy and disinterested. Shame as he clearly has some ability up top.

Delighted to say chorley gave signed highly rated young keeper Billy Crellin on loan from Fleetwood till November, just for to say really pleased because Anyon was awful. Feel more confident now going forward till regular Matt Urwin is fit again.

See, it's things like this that irritate me about our chairman. He's just got some funds off of the wage bill from Bettamer leaving (albeit only short-term) and he's almost certainly got enough players off of the wage bill to offset the decrease in parachute payments that we receive this season. There will almost certainly have been enough money for us to get atleast one of the 7/8 strikers that have joined other NL clubs this season so far.

Whilst yes, we can't really compete with Borehamwood if they decided to throw the chequebook at Tshimanga, or indeed Chesterfield if they offered Fondop a good amount, but we would have got one of the many other targets that have joined other clubs. He's just so incredibly cheap, a real penny-pincher. I do not doubt that some players have turned us down not just for the money, but also because of the awful reputation we have with agents and other pro's which is all down to Kleanthous being a prick.

I still count ourselves lucky that we are not Bury or Bolton etc, but my lord, he is definitely not in the category of good or even average owners. This hunt for a striker is so incredibly frustrating.

I thought Chesterfield had signed McGlashan.

He’s gone somewhere!

Can't wait for him to bang in his first 5 games, just for everyone on here to tell us Wrexham fans we were wrong about him and to eat our words, before going on a greater goal drought than Jamie Carragher ever experienced.

We've just signed Matt McClure

We had him in pre season and he never looked like scoring.....pretty much sums up just how desperate we are for any attacking option that we would go back and sign him.

The nature of his ownership has definitely taken a turn for the worse over the past 3 years. It's been a slow burner, he was once a decent owner but the stuff that goes on here has just gradually got less and less acceptable.

.

You're definitely paying Loach a fair wedge as that is the reason he moved to you. We couldn't or wouldn't match the amount he wanted. I wish we had now, instead of signing 124,653 midfielders instead.
