Bern and Jonno have signed a 2 and a half year extension to their deal which was up at the end of the season, great news for us.

Leamington FC can confirm that they have accepted an offer for the transfer of Josh March from an English Football League club. Subject to the necessary paperwork being completed it is envisaged the transfer should be completed on Monday January 6th.

Bolton Wanderers have signed 6 foot 5 inch striker Muhammadu Faal from Enfield Town

I had heard some hype over him from Isthmian league fans but surprised to see him step up to that level

Sold Jack Taylor for a minimum fee of 500k to Peterborough. Almost as sad to see him go as when we lost Akinde. He’s a very classy player who will go on to be a success wherever he goes. My favourite player since Big John left.

Not sure who will score our goals now though. Am sure TK will reinvest... but will it be spent wisely? Not with our track record!

Yep £500k all upfront. Extra £500k in add ons. He signed a contract extension earlier this season + he is genuinely that good. He will excel in that Peterborough side with the quality around him (even though they will lose Maddison and at least Toney this window/the summer).

Excited to see how far he can make it. Big talent - more so than Adomah who made it to a top level Championship player.

The thought of him in a Barnet shirt again scares me. Christ he was a poor signing by Still - and he made a LOT of poor signings.

Terrific money. Don't think we've sold anyone for more than £50K
let's hope you don't spend the money that well

Seems as if it's the second highest fee paid out for a non-league player behind Jamie Vardy

Vardy went for £1m and Fleetwood were technically in League 2 then anyway so this is the biggest I can ever remember.

Maddison himself went for decent money at the time, about £300k probably. Joe Lolley is another one around that I think.

Richard Brodie infamously went to Crawley for £250k of course. Lest we forget.

We've signed a young forward called Keaton Mulvey. Played for Curzon Ashton's Youth Team earlier this season, apparently scoring 7 in 7 FA Youth Cup games. 18 month contract - and being 18 he fits in with our "no forwards between the ages of 20 and 30" policy...

Ryan Bennett left Grimsby for Peterborough for a big fee too when they were non league.

Well our manager has just said on Twitter that apparently the money is not available for signings and the transfer has not changed the position he is in.

So we’ve just sold our best player (and seemingly only goal scorer) and seemingly will not be reinvesting the money.

This is why it’s so shit to be a Barnet fan.

If we were still at Underhill and with the same attendances, I would understand that but the Hive is supposed to make it viable for us to continue with a full-time squad no matter how low our attendances. It doesn’t help that Still signed a load of mediocre players that we’re waiting to get rid of.

We sold tasdemir beginning of this season to peterborough for 450k. When you think he was only 18 (great potential) is a great bit of business if you can bring one or 2 through every couple of years

We’ve announced the permanent signing of Scunny loanee and top scorer Kyle Wootton, for a fee of around £60k. Excellent news for us as it sounded like there were a few L2 clubs sniffing around.

This is why they’ll still win the league in the end. Got that L2 bunse burning a hole in their pocket.
