We’ve signed Devante Rodney on loan until the end of the season. Sorry Stockport fans! Bad few days for you it seems
That's why he took it easy against us on Boxing Day, he knew he was coming home. :ds:

I dunno what's gone wrong for him here but he's been shocking, honestly the worse defender Still signed this past summer. Expected so much more from him considering how highly Dagenham fans spoke of him.

Just need to get rid of Clovis Kamdjo, Johnny Edwards, Iffy Allen and Danny Divine now

Boucard, now there is a blast from the past. When we were in League one. :ffs:
I see that you lot are just as prone to misspelling his surname as much as our lot on our forum!
In other news we have accepted an undisclosed fee from Dorking Wanderers for Jack Barham. I have to say that I’m not as upset about this as some of the more excitable sections of our fan base.

Jimmy Smith signs until the end of the season from Crawley. This was always going to be a massive boost but is an absolutely crucial signing given our injury news today.

I had hoped that if there was any positive from D'Ath and Lee's injuries on Saturday, it would be the likelihood of speeding up re-signing Smith. More disappointing is that the diagnoses both will be out long term and even Smith won't be fit to return for a week or two. Going to be a sparse bench for a while!

Ebbsfleet have signed former Bromley keeper David Gregory on loan from Boreham Wood - I'm guessing Palmer didn't impress when letting 7 goals in on his debut last Saturday then?

Notice that Salford are having a clear out. Guessing they have better things in mind.

Tom Elliott in today as there new striker - I’m sure he won’t be the last this month.

NL South is his level unless he is played alongside a target man which we are never going to do.

Tom Elliott the ex Stockport Cambridge and Millwall player? Quite decent when not injured.

edit - the same Elliott indeed. Hmm, dunno what to make of it tbh.

At least this weekend is Trophy rather than League.

Is Devante Rodney even THAT good? I've seen Halifax fans on Twitter saying they're gonna get promoted now and they have the best strike force in the Conference!!!

He's got about 15 goals in his career and Redshaw has always blown hot and cold.

He was like a muscular bambi on ice for us, Halifax fans seem to rate him.

He played out wide for us rather than down the middle and was pretty decent.

I’m hoping the reason he’s gone to Halifax is we have something better lined up when the takeover goes through.

His pass completion stats are through the roof, according to our analyst on Twitter. Sadly he hasn't mastered much beyond the simple short pass.
Thats Boucaud in a nutshell. Makes the simple things look outstanding as his touch is second to none. So, so easy to bully and bypass though.

Wouldn't say it's the best strike force, but it's certainly up there if we get the best out of them both. Rodney scored 7 in 12 for us last season in a team that couldn't hit a barn door. Without his goals, we may well have gone down.

Funnily enough, Quigley was awful for us and look at him now.

Hyde and Tarpey now have 21 goals between them which isn't bad as neither are able to play on plastic

Not bad at all

Who has the best strike pairing, Yeovil ?

Yeovil's top scorers 17 and 12 goals
Barrow's top scorers 17 and 15 goals....
and Quigley at Barrow is not our penalty taker

We have Wes Thomas and Kyle Wootton on 22 between them (10 & 12) with Kristian Dennis just behind them on 9.

I wonder how many of the division’s top scorers will still be here at the end of the month?
