Just ran this through Google translate and still none the wiser.
now i know your just saying that to get an answer and already know the response - but Beebot supports Maidenhead and Barnet - but he posts 90+% of the time about Maidenhead (who are the Magpies) and not Barnet (who are the Bees) - so MagpieBot would make more sense than Beebot - unless he doesn't want to mistaken for one of the Notts County fans...

1) It's nowhere near 90%

2) Maidenhead signings so far: 7
Barnet signings so far: 0

When/if TK decides we need players for the upcoming season the ratio will change a bit I hope!

That will upset our current set piece "expert" James Comley.
Must have had contract renegotiation where he is not permitted to take every throw in, corner and free kick.

So fed up with his useless swirly deliveries! Plus his complete refusal to shoot, which means that even when we get a central free kick just outside the box he'll still just loft.

Sparkes is the kind of player who should take every single set piece when he's on the pitch.

Not a new signing, but Alex Lacey has signed a proper contract. Huge news for us, is comfortably a league standard player.

We've signed Luke Prosser today. Released by Colchester, was a regular for them last season. Suspect he'll be steady enough for this level, should hopefully form a decent partnership with Cuthbert.

Prosser should be an excellent signing for Stevenage. He doesn't have any pace but he's been a really solid captain for us, organises the back line well, does the basics and seems to have been a really good pro to have around the squad. He may have got one more year out of us but I'm not entirely convinced he would have been kept on if it weren't for coronavirus as I think Sowunmi signing last season was with this in mind, but would still be solid enough for a League Two side to be honest.

Prosser signing for Stevenage is weird.

He lives locally and he's in his 30s, so assuming the money isn't much different it makes sense really.

I know we can’t talk after Ben Turner’s showing in the play-off final but... is a pairing of Prosser and Cuthbert not going to be absolutely laughed out of town by anyone who can, well, run?

Just signed Elliott Johnson from Barnet.

Was half hoping we'd go for him when he wasn't in Barnet's retained list. Putting a good squad together here.

Very solid left back at this level.

Frankly with the signings you're making anything less than a playoff spot is pretty poor.

trouble is, by the time the season starts you will probably be able to say that about 10 or so clubs - and some will miss out.

Joe Quigley is still back up striker, let’s not get ahead of ourselves here.

If these were your better players (or good enough to find EFL teams) and you finished not far above the drop - how bad are the ones left?

In fairness, the ones we have left were probably our best players from last season, not that it says much. Devonte Redmond had a crap season, and he would no doubt be another player who would move up into the league and play well

But at the moment we would struggle to compete in a 5 a side league, so any players will be much appreciated

We were part time last season. We've transitioned to full time and increased the budget but we won't be in the top 7 for wages.
Rumoured to be paying Connor Jennings significantly more than he was on at Rovers.

Lawlor is good enough for this level but not League. Saying that, he'll have only gone there as backup so probably a decent transfer by them in the circumstances.

I would have liked to keep him on as backup, but I suspect his wages would not back that up. I was more or less baffled at us letting Tharme go, he seemed like a cheap option at backup and now we will probably sign someone of a similar level who is on far more money.

The way it's going we will go into the season with just Pearson at the back anyway.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Ethan Chislett gone, to AFC Wimbledon. Our one quality player, we were never able to keep him. Might be a bit lightweight, but a talented lad. Good luck, will be sorely missed by most.

Gus Mafuta leaves Pools for Boreham Wood, decent midfielder, feel like he fell out of love with Pools (rightfully so) he was never the same person after the racist abuse players suffered against Dover, good signing for them.

I’d have kept him but as you say I doubt he wanted to stay. He wasn’t a regular starter under Challinor but easily good enough to be. We don’t have a midfielder of his type left so will be a miss.

I see York have signed Jack Redshaw. Keep him fit and play him in the right system and he will score for fun in that league. We didn’t utilise him properly. Suspect he will be on a big wage. He was a high earner for us

Rated him highly a couple of years ago hope he can rediscover that form.

I was disappointed in him to be honest.
I expected him to be our 'enforcer' if you like, but didn't seem that sort of player.
Saw his interview at BW,he looks to have lost a lot of bulk & looked/sounded as miserable as feck.

I thought that too but he’s a much better footballer than I first gave him credit for, I imagine he was one of the higher earners and with the midfielders we’ve already got he was always going to be a squad player this season.
