I'm late with that Dawson news. Just realised he isn't playing. Wow that's a shocker for Kidderminster.

Boreham Wood have signed Mustafa Tyriaki.

Have Eastleigh signed John Goddard from us yet? Seven goals from midfield so far this season.

Mustafa Tyriaki made 30 apps for Tranmere in L1, played up front on his own in a negative footballing team. Should do a good job in this league!

Ben Tomlinson has gone on loan to Grimsby for a month. It's fair to say he has failed to impress, hopefully he will get some game time and come back with some kind of form.

Good move for both parties I feel. There is no way Ben is League standard. Conference Premier is his level.

Strong summer signings from Barnet it seems then.

Allen came out this week and basically admitted he had messed up his summer recruitment.

Tomlinson has looked way out of his depth for us. He's been so below par that I can't see him doing too well back at Conference level, and he'll probably struggle to get minutes at Grimsby too unless they have some kind of injury crisis.

Wouldn't guarantee it. Hurst has a knack of randomly introducing players who waltz into the starting 11.

Good signing for the Cods.

Don't be expecting him to come out with bits of skill, to dribble past and win headers or anything. Most of his goals were in the 6 yard box or off the back of hassling defenders. It's weird really because, as strikers go, his game is based on hard-work and not a lot else.

I wouldn't go that far, but yes, over rated, over paid, and doesn't score enough goals to warrant all the hype.

Cole Stockton signs for Southport on loan. Always seemed a promising player but has looked poor in pretty much every match he's played, ambling round the pitch with no sense of urgency whilst the game passes him by. Maybe a few goals would boost his confidence but from what I've seen he's not got a future as a professional footballer.

We've signed Craig Braham-Barett on loan from Ebbsfleet for a month to replace the injured Chris Arthur at left-back. Always rated him when he played against us for Farnborough at the time when they were going for promotion in Conference South. Haven't followed his progress since then.

My posts in here from when Ebbsfleet signed him will tell you what CTFC fans think of him.

Let me just say that I really, really hope he plays tomorrow.

What do you think of Durell Berry. We have signed him this morning on non contract terms?

I can't believe no National or even League 2 teams have taken him.

I think he's a very good player. Was only on a short-term deal with us and I wouldn't have minded him being given another. He's not that good going forward, but as an out and out full-back he's too good for Conference North.

Thanks. He only played an hour today as he has had no pre season but he did impress. Can see he has something about him. Sounds like a very shrewd signing.

He was the best full back in our squad last season in my opinion. A billion times better than Craig Braham Barrett (and I mean at left-back as well) and came across better than Lee Vaughan, although I'm starting to believe Vaughan was in the wrong team at the wrong time as he's impressed so far this season.

Vaughan was quality for Kidderminster before he joined you.

As I said wrong team at the wrong time. We were in free-fall from the end of the 13/14 season and Yates had lost the plot. Vaughan looked ok to start with but he was no Sido Jombati and when fans got on his back a bit (not just his, the teams as a whole) he started to get rash and make stupid mistakes.

I am impressed by his attitude though, transfer-listed in the summer, didn't bitch and moan just worked hard and has slowly worked his way back into the team. He deserves credit for that.

Constable was completely anonymous yesterday at ours.

It's difficult to see how he gets into our starting 11 right now, & i have heard a few well respected voices challenging whether he should dropped or even sold. There was talk of him going to Northampton Town and quite a few of us would have been glad if he did. The problem with his situation is that he is still the club's premium signing and is on good wages, so the manager will always be reluctant to drop him. Facts are he's not good enough as the main striker when playing in the formation we play in, as he cannot hold the ball up and bring others into play, so its not working. It shows how much we relied on Craig McAllister to play that roll, but with him leaving the club at the end of last season, we never replaced him and are now asking Constable to play that role, which he clearly cannot do. Scoring 4 in 4 at the start of the season, really helped him out, but since then, he's been found out & as you say has become ineffective or anonymous in most games, apart from the 2 sitters he misses each game!
In a nutshell, our style of play & formation, doesn't suit his ability level.

I'd hope we'd come in for him if things aren't working out for you, fairly local and we've tried to get him several times the past. Top player imo.
