Fair dos, Lincoln fans bang on with that one. Seems odd as we have a few midfielders already.

I imagine he'll be tossing off Sean Newton for getting in Mills' ear about him as we speak.

I'll give it a month before Wrexham fans find him out.

Happy enough with our 2 new players.

Quigley is a big lad and thats what we need up front. The amount if balls we get into the box and go to waste because of a lack of aerial threat at the moment is criminal.

Ive liked Nolan when ive seen him and I think he will do well and fit into our style of play.

Fowler is unfit and needs games so makes sense to loan him out - I do think we will come back though, hopefully sharper and fitter.

I think we know what to expect from Jon Nolan, by christ Lincoln fans have told us enough times. If we ever forget for a moment that he is a bad bellend but talented at times and is best mates with Sean Newton, I do hope they remind us without delay.

As opposed to being told Wrexham are a non-league Barcelona. Snorrrreeeee.

(Against everyone up to 12th place that is, until they crap their cotton knickers.)

Does anyone actually say that though, and not in jest?

Of course not. He's been having little digs concerning us for a few weeks if you've noticed, without success. Not sure why though, as he's one of the best posters on here so it seems odd to suddenly starts wanting bites from us. He's actually not been the same since his childish internet dustup with GTFC1979.

Aren't opinions such a beautiful thing.

On your latter point, I did the forum a favour, and everyone knows it.

Could say the same about you to us, to be fair, but just change weeks for seasons.

Kiddy have signed Ex-Motherwell winger Zaine Francis-Angol.
Interesting. Know nothing about him but apparently he had played over 70 times for Motherwell but fell out of favour last season. I suppose he was replace by Marvin Johnson last January.

Apparently a few years ago a few championship teams were after him. He's probably only here to build his fitness and prove himself to move higher up the leagues

Not too bothered by that. If he can do that by playing well and firing us to some wins and towards safety, I'll be quite happy with that. Especially if we're then able to get a fee for him.

Our loanee from Oxford United, James Roberts, who had a very promising debut against Wrexham on Saturday has returned home on compassionate leave after his 16 year-old brother was killed in a motor accident in Buckinghamshire yesterday.

RIP

We've signed George Cater, a former West Brom youth player whose Dad is apparently to become a Director of ours. Hmm.

We've also signed Jordan Murphy on loan from Walsall. Was at Worcester last season during their good spell. Murphy goes into our squad for tomorrow.

Add another player to that. Callum Hassan a 6 foot 4 striker (who has played for Hartlepool and Middlesbrough) which is what we've needed a season. It's been useless punting the ball up to Styche all season.

We've signed winger Kieron Sadlier on loan from Peterborough until January.

Was a youth at West Ham and made a few appearances for St Mirren before signing for Peterborough.

Also a current Republic of Ireland U21, sounds promising.

We've signed left back Conor Townsend on loan from Hull for a month. Happy with that, was decent for us back in 11/12.

Definitely needed. Down to 4 fit defenders. Doig was gonna be on the bench otherwise. Can't believe Townsend still hasn't got a single Hull appearance to his name, though. An 'ull fan mate who watches the reserves a bit reckons his dead ball deliveries and shooting are both improving all the time.

We've signed Nicky Wroe on loan from Notts County

An attacking midfielder, seems a decent signing but it's centre half's we're desperate for!

Know it's been a few years but thoughts Torquay fans?
