Tadic is a LM/RM.....

I’m not particularly thrilled with this signing, but to claim he’ll replace Tadic is dumb. He’ll replace Davis.... Or Lemina if we’re going to continue the theme of selling our best.

Last season I watched him in 2 Champions League games against PSG and Bayern Munich where he played as an attacking midfielder, the same position Dusan Tadic has been playing 7 games of the season for Southampton, according to HarvSFC's source.

I suggest it is you who has never seen Armstrong play.

He'll fit very well into Rafa's 4-2-3-1 imo. It's a system of very defined roles (or used to be, correct me if I'm wrong) and Ki strikes me as a player who will benefit from that as in he's very good at some things and not so good at all at other things. Well if I was his agent I'd tell him to sign for Rafa.

Meh, Beelo mate. It's a meh signing. A 29 year old, recently relegated, free transfer to replace an exciting 22 year old who's going to leave on the cheap and go on to become a very good player. Makes us immediately weaker. I don't think he's a terrible player, it's just... context and that mate.

Funny that the local "ITK" journalists had no idea he was even in Newcastle til he was having his photo taken with the shirt on mind.
