I think McCann would be a really good appointment for Donny. He did okay for Peterborough, made a few mistakes but it was his first ever managerial job. I think he showed enough good things to be given another shot.

He’s signed him for us two times, Motherwell once and Rangers once (or he certainly managed him at Rangers). Depends if you already have a good midfield, if so he will look great as he barely gives away possession. If your midfield is crap then you will find out he doesn’t tackle, score, assist or generally do anything useful.

Dickov was appointed by John Ryan who is no longer at the Club, Ferguson came to the club with a reputation of attacking football and being able to get promoted from League 1, understandable appointment even though he turned out to be clueless and shite. In respect to McCann where is the proof other than someone lumping £50 on him in the betting that he even made the last 3?

1.when Dickov was appointed was there only Sir John Ryan on the board?

2.if you read my post properly they can't put 50 quid on McCann because he has been taken out of the feckin betting.
