Convincing win. We won the ball back well and quickly tonight which is something we haven't been doing with any regularity this season. Pogba was a big part of that and the freedom he was given due to Carrick's discipline in the deeper role really brought out the best in him.

Mkhitaryan looked like a man low on confidence but every now and then he showed a bit of magic or class that I think would be become second nature again were he to get more games.

Clean sheet too.

Thought United were impressive last night, 4-0 is a comprehensive score line but it was actually a bit closer until the second goal went in. Pleased to see Rooney get a goal and an assist, should do his confidence the world of good. Put themselves in a very strong position to qualify.

LARGE games tonight as Southampton have to beat Hapoel Be'er Sheva to get through, United require a point to assure safe passage, and Dundalk can still qualify if they can win away to Maccabi Tel-Aviv. Come on Southampton, Manchester United and Dundalk!
