I will continue to hound you and shoddycollins until you both admit we were right and you were wrong and then I will still call him The Rubbish Glennon to remind you what you've done.
Wrong about what? I’ve always said he’s class, have I not?

And when I first praised him, I don’t think I’d even seen him play at that point. I was going purely off the rave reviews.

Have you considered your team was simply not good enough and were beaten by a better team ?
Well, obviously they were the better team on Saturday. It’s the reason for the abject performance that I’m on about - especially as it was only 7 days after what was probably our best performance of the season. There are only really 3 alternatives.

Lindsey told them to go easy
The players themselves decided to go easy
Or we are so dependent on the 3 players missing that we are unable to be set up to be competitive.

I’m hoping it’s the former.

Okay, I'm happy to continue with this nonsense but remember you could have ended this.

Probably on bigger wages than anyone at Hartlepool too those top players at plucky little Solihull.
I would say that's definitely the case, they must have a top 5 budget there if not top 3

According to Hurst they beat us to players (plural) the summer before our recent jolly back into the Conference. One heavily rumoured to have been Dallas. The twist of fate there being his failed attempt at a clearance actually provided the assist for our winner in the playoff final. But yep like you say, definitely top five maybe top three. I'd hazard a guess it goes Wrexham then Chesterfield then one of either Notts or Solihull.

Ended it how? You appear to want me to “admit” that he’s good, yet when I say he’s good you don’t seem to want to accept it.

Stockport County.
Wrexham fans booing us like when our ball came out like we're rivals. We're not.

Charlton away, got a feeling we'll beat them or go very close/replay etc.

Daggers away if we can beat Fylde in the replay, which I strongly doubt

Then how do you explain destroying Mansfield away just 7 days ago to that limp wristed performance v Stockport. Do the players take it upon themselves not to give a fuck or is it more likely the manager has told them to take it easy? He’s going to be judged on where we finish in the league, not getting through a couple of rounds of the FA cup. And that’s fair enough. But don’t try and kid the fans we’re going all out to win when it’s plain for all to see, we did no such thing
Because they are League 2 players, play well one week play shite the next, that’s what most players in this league do that’s why they play in League 2 and not higher up.
Our players have just demolished Plymouth 7 days after losing to Hartlepool, do you think that Hurst told them to just take it easy against Hartlepool then?
The point you are trying to make here is simply ridiculous.

Interesting tie and should see a big turnout from Mansfield, hopefully it's on the Saturday.

It is the 15th competitive meeting between the clubs and the first FA Cup pairing since 1991, we remain unbeaten in the 6 Cup ties but Mansfield haven't ever lost to us in the League.

Would be playing you this season had we not once again bottled it in the playoffs, but heyho, we can always knock around with footballing outposts like harrogate and sutton instead.

It’ll be a class day for us at least, make it £10/£15 and you’ll easily get 3,000 from us.

Maybe history can repeat itself after winning 3-2 in south yorkshire in the 2nd round last year.

Think 3k will be the lot unless SYP allow the 1k in the lower.

See Rakish Bingham scored against Halifax
I remember having a quick chat with Bingham down the marina,he’d decided to cut his night out short after seeing a punch up outside one of the pub.
He must have lived sheltered life.

Would be good if so, took 3,200 to doncaster in the same round last year (appreciate standard numbers for a club your size) but fans would travel given the chance.

Cambridge/Curzon Ashton away. Fairly pleased with that.

Good draw for Mansfield that. The £10/15 idea is a good one to get the home ends full, I reckon Mansfield will take a load whatever the price but would be good to see cheaper tickets.

Was £10/£5 v Morecambe so expect similar prices I thought the FA have a minimum price per round and both clubs have to agree too.

Can't see more than 12-15k tops mind

Barnsley away for us, doesn't get much less inspiring than that. Little chance of progression vs a team we've faced a fair few times.

We lost 5-4 (AET) there in last season's 3rd round - we played 60 mins (plus ET) with 10 men and still scored 4 2nd half goals.... Barnsley are another club where the fans desperately want the owners out

Nice to see the clubs agreeing on £10 adults £5 kids/senior etc, I imagine our initial 2,000 will sell quickly.
