"You've got to be great, to rotate", as the saying goes. We're not.

That said, I'd rather lose tonight fielding a weakened side than get through with a full strength one and pick up a couple of injuries/suspensions. Too many games in a short space of time to risk it and we haven't got the depth to be without 2 or 3 players.

I suspect we'd not have made as many, if any, changes had it been played when it was supposed to.

I forgot you lot have Grimsby coming right up, so yes, you have a point. Still it would have been nice for the Imp fans to have won last night*, and that's coming from someone who hates the Trophy. Only reason I went to see Utd against Gosport in the final was because I didn't know we were going to be playing again at Wembley a few weeks later.

Other people may have a different perspective but I couldn't give a toss if it were Grimsby we were facing or Gateshead, they're both worth three points.
