Ashton or Guiseley at home for us then.

Normally would have absolutely 0 interest in an FA trophy game, but as it’s been earmarked as the return of Asante, I’ll be there.

Gloucester a good draw for us with their dramatic fall from grace since having all their players poached by their kind ex manager

expect a 2-0 loss now

I hear Tonbridge is lovely this time of year

It is to be fair. Plenty of riverside walks, a castle, parks and an industrial estate to be proud of.

But as I only visit from its more salubrious neighbour to watch the Angels at Longmead, I care not for its charms (or lack thereof).

So... my hometown team who I have supported since I was a tacker take on the team I have adopted since moving to the Garden of England back in the 90s (ST holder for most of them, only missing games when The Gulls are within sensible travelling distance). Will be a very weird experience hoping that both teams win, and being disappointed (a tad) when one of them has!

Good chance to field the fringe players. Not as arsed as some are about going out, it doesn't do too much harm to go on a mickey-mouse cup run.

We've improved under Mansell after the disaster that was Paul Groves this season. 3 nil and a clean sheet v Kettering Saturday, just need a settled team now. Ollie Hulbert up front has been unreal for us. Asante who

Doesn't surprise me. One of the many odd teams that seem to linger in the National League South.

Awful tie, hope we send the stiffs out and if we get through then great, if not then I could not care less. I imagine Stockport feel the same.

Fucking hell

Boreham Wood knocked us out the FA cup
We have them twice over the Christmas period
And now the weekend before Christmas in the FA Trophy

Can we have a week off them please
Stockport knocked us out of the FA cup and trophy, and beat us Boxing Day / New Years Day in 2018/2019 season, how I hated the sight of them.

Under the new manager they are not the side we played earlier in the season, if we had taken some of the many chances we created we would have been out of sight, I think you will turn them over.

But with Plymouth Parkway also at home, the game will likely get pushed back to the Sunday. Fair play to any Daggers making that trip.

Not many looking at the train prices £90 return with a railcard and getting home at midnight on a Sunday. Unless one of my pals drive not a chance I’m doing this.

My memory may be fading but I've a feeling that it was four clean sheets as well even though you were scoring for fun that season. Pity we couldn't repeat it last season though.

Nah, hopefully this will be one of our last chances ever to win the thing so we may as well go for it. After all the only trophy we've won (apart from things like the Cheshire Bowl) in the last 50 odd years was the NLN.

We’ve been allowed the lesser-spotted 7:30pm on a Saturday kick off for this. Wild.

First time we have played at home on the same day as Forest for a while. Lot of Christmas dos that night - will be a pretty small gate!

With a pretty much fully fit squad we should be able to put out a competitive team even with a fully second string.

I'd like to see Kwame get some minutes if he's ready.

You are correct, Hinchliffe always had a stormer against us, as did Frank "tubigrip" Mulhern, and that bald right back.

Not gone down well with the train users, last train back is just after 9pm

Aye it’s annoying but one of those things, only other option would’ve been 7:45 on Friday night.

Farsley away for us. Fourth time in 5 years we've been drawn there in an FA competition. The FA don't like change.
