Servers are always shite the first couple of weeks - just have to grin and bear it.

Enjoying it so far - as predicted, pace is less important even on the arcade-y FUT gameplay and you have to think about the passing much more.

I got the Deluxe Edition, entered my code and...no packs :/

The thing that hacks me off more than anything is the amount of times the AI gives away a penalty...

I haven't had a penalty yet I don't think, for or against. It seems much more forgiving when barging players off the ball - probably to help stop those little pacey players.

Some interesting vids online showing pace comparisons. In some ways they've made it more unrealistic by nerfing pace so much but the end product is a much more enjoyable game, especially on UT.

Can't play FUT, trying to contact EA to tell them I want my fuckin contracts renewing as they've wound down to 1 match a piece now but I've not had a single one of my wins register through the servers so I've had no rewards and made no progress in the game.

Pocketed 45k for Gotze so I've got 65k in the bank and I'm enjoying my Portuguese League starter team. Jonas, Carrillo and Adrien Silva are superb. Won every game so far online with it, even overcame a nasty French side that had Remy and Griezmann up-front, he scored twice with Griezmann from distance out of nothing so he looks like a very decent card to get later on.

Due to pre and post game trading (easier this year due to the amount of ridiculous BINs people list - my best one was a Konoplyanka I picked up for 5k and sold for 16k) I already have Griezmann, Kroos and Muller... However Danny is the best card I've got, seriously good, seriously cheap, out performs everyone else.

On a side note, I recently had a game against someone with the PSN name 'SmeggyBollocks'...

Got Neymar in my FUT Draft rewards (I won all 4 games), then I played another Draft and packed Di Maria (only won 2 games). Sold Di Maria for 60k, but I'm unsure whether to sell Neymar yet as he's only going for 250k-300k.

I've got a cheap-ish 41212 Premier League team atm, best formation I've used so far.

I only ever buy plays below their BIN, but inflation seems to be rapidly taking hold in the PS4 market, sold most of my team that I brought on Friday for a 25%-40% profit... Now sitting on 350,000 coins, no clue what team to make.

Maybe it's just because i'm shit but i'm really struggling with penalties when playing online. Had a decent number of them but i'd say around 75% of them get saved. Always with a decent amount of power and in a corner and yet somehow consistently find keepers pulling over some sort of miracle save. Fair enough people are going to guess right every now again but the amount i've had saved just seems off.

Well I'm probably going to send this shit back if it's not sorted. After spending fucking ages contacting EA about the FUT server issues on match completion, which apparently is quite common, I finally got through to someone who told me to do the reboot steps I'd already done, and gave me the ports to forward on my router which should solve the problem. Ok I said, and what about the fact that I've played and won 4 or 5 games, all my players sit on 1 or 2 games on their contracts and I've made absolutely no coins from winning matches by ridiculous margins. Ok can we give you a premium gold pack as a means of compensation. Ok I said. Get on the PS4, open up FUT, fuck all waiting for me. So no pack. Play a game now that I've done the port forwarding aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand.... Same shit.
The go back to resume the case on ea.help and it's gonna be 35 minutes to chat to a rep. But that never happens cos if the wait is over 10 minutes their shitty software thing just times out and you have to reset it. Wankers.

Value mainly, the team I have would've cost twice as much with similar levelled BPL or La Liga players. Jonas and Adrien Silva are seriously good. Think I'm going to keep it as my fitness team ultimately - have about 70k at the minute, not sure what to make.

Getting ridiculously fed up of this auto defending shit. Going off of it very quickly. Everyone I seem to face is park the bus + high pressure, let the AI defend then counter. Fucking lame. And slide tackles, don't get me started on these fucking slide tackles.

Why does it take so long to find an opponent? It's taking 2+ minutes sometimes. There must be loads of people logged in.

Agree the auto defence is beyond shit. It takes a lot of fun out of the game, plus its really easy to defend this year anyway

Pace is dead long live physicality. Wanyana with 89 PHY is the boss. Any player with high PHY Is good.
