Maybe the Sussex branch of the Bolton Supporters Group is organising a celebration outside the ground. I'm sure that will help.

Our game with Tranmere was live on Sky, but as a season ticket holder (I assume you are at Crawley) I was able to watch it on ifollow. Only the match passes (so those who pay a tenner) were unavailable.

Both of Salford’s fans will be foaming at the mouth with excitement at the prospect of playing (and easily beating) their deadliest Football League rivals. Giving it a very wide swerve.

For Cambridge United:

We can finish anywhere in the top four places.
  • If the U's win, we are champions unless Cheltenham win, in which case we finish second.
  • If the U's draw, we finish second unless Bolton win, in which case we finish third
  • If the U's lose, we finish second if both Bolton and Morecambe fail to win, third if one if them wins, and fourth if both win.
It's going to be a tense afternoon, even if the bookies make us 25-1 on to be promoted... it would be so Cambridge United to blow it now...

The same as our home game against Bolton, it would have been a bit tight to deny those who had already stumped up to see the game in person (had that been permitted) an opportunity to watch the game...not all of us subsribe to Murdoch Vision.

Exeter were garbage at our place a few weeks ago - luckily for them we now have nothing to play for, it's just a jolly down to the coast for a piss-up. Still, we should be beating these.

Not confident about our game at southend! i still remember the 17/18 season when we only needed a point to get in the play offs last game, we went to already relegated chesterfield and lost 1-0 so we won't be taking anything for granted.

I can't imagine your players are that unprofessional. At least I fucking hope they're not. You beat us so you can beat them.

Wouldn't a swap mean Dixon going to Fleetwood.

Barren would be in the need of a keeper......Billy will return to Fleetwood, but i imagine they would be looking to loan him to another local lge 2 team.................ideal fit

The Chesterfield game was last but one game of the 17/18 season on a Tuesday night and we had nothing to play for as the play-offs were long gone. Lost 1-0 and then drew final game at Carlisle 1-1 and finished 11th. Last game of 18/19 season we went to Morecambe needing a win to be certain and drew 1-1 with a goal from Jamille Matt in 87th minute. Other results went our way and we made the play-offs.

Fully expect us to win on Saturday but who knows if that will be enough. Naturally, the best bet is that Oldham take at least a point off FGR, which I can see happening, however Oldham seem to be really unpredictable.

Not too likely that Newport or Tranmere will lose but stranger things have happened. If we don’t make it, it will be so frustrating as we’ve given up so many chances in the last couple of months. But that’s L2 for you, very little stand out quality throughout the league.

Not according to the official Crawley site

"Consequently, this match will not be available to watch on iFollow."

Being promoted by Frank Warren. Ten, three-minute, rounds. Winning knuckle-dragger to get a Lonsdale Belt.

I'd chase them up about it, if you've paid for a season ticket that seems somewhat harsh - the EFL had to do something to make it work for our season ticket holders.

After our promotion in 2016 we still had the FA Trophy final to play a week later but our players were out on the piss for most of that week anyway, although B2TF seems to have a problem accepting this as he has convinced himself that we were all devastated that we lost to them in that final when in reality nobody gave a flying fuck about it.
Myself personally I didn’t even bother watching it on tv.

Haha I remember that, watched some of it your lot looked totally fucked and also not really arsed which was understandable. Halifax treated it like the biggest match of their lives. Wish you’d played like that the week before.

For me though it’s different when it’s a league game and other teams are relying on you putting up a decent fight.

Agree with that Chris.

I've heard a few people say we should play the fringe players v Bolton but if you were a Morecambe fan and that happened you'd be demanding replays, fines and allsorts. To be honest I'd be joining in.

Colchester will fancy their chances against us, such is our poor form.

I'm finding it hard to get fired up for this one. Even if we do scrape the point needed v Colchester, currently think we'd be just in the play-offs to make up the numbers.

Not sure. There's been some suggestion he might make the bench for this last game, but he was brought back too early out of desperation and picked up a different injury.

Vaughan would not be remotely match fit for the play offs, so probably would not make a material difference.

If we do make the play offs, it will be interesting to see how we approach the games given how poor we have been in recent weeks. Our first shot on target on Saturday was on 77 minutes from a centre half. With that kind of attacking adventure, the Sky viewers will be in for a feast of fun.

Are you allowed to offer players that don't belong to you in transfer deals?

If that's the case then we'll offer you Kayode for Sarcevic.

If you go up then Fleetwood's plan to keep you in League Two has failed but I'm sure they'll be looking to loan him out to another L2 team they have earmarked as a potential threat who need to be kept from getting promoted.

Just seen that the ref for our game on Saturday is Ben Toner, with the 4th official Brett Huxtable.

Oh well, league two next season it is then!

It's a shame because there aren't any matches where both teams have something at stake, so it's predictable who will be trying and who won't.
