I’d give my left testicle to be so obscure right now Ciderup buddy ...

Totally understood OR. It was always going to be a tough ask for you given the infrastructure you have at the moment but keep fighting, your luck might turn. I hope, for you guys, that it does.
For us, with the amount of money Johnson has spunked though, we should not be as pathetic as we are. Until he buggers off, we won't get anywhere. Unfortunately, our owner won't act even though we must be bottom of the form league now. 1 win in 6 is absolutely shite!
He managed to waffle on about 'positives' and 'more box entries' after a 4 nil home gubbing FFS. :hb:

JOHNSON OUT.

All up to our board now. We’ve come out of an awful run with 9 points since Xmas. Sitting nicely in 4th with a game in hand but our squad is so thin. Absolutely need 2/3 decent attacking reinforcements to help Grabban out. If we don’t get top 6 it’s going to be self inflicted as we are in a really good place.

Rooney captain of Derby tonight.

He'll either score the winner or get sent off!

That was poor from us last night, worst we've played under Struber. I don't know what it is about midweek night games that brings out the worst in us but the stupid defensive errors were back and we looked toothless going forward bar a few 5 minute spells.
Fair play to Wazza, lasted the full 90 and calmly stroked the ball about without really breaking sweat.

Big month for us. We desperately need some experienced heads to help our massed ranks of children - just as long as that doesn't include Matt fucking Mills this time.

We now have more points than we amassed in the entirety of the 2018/2019 season. It's not even Feb yet.

Take a bow, Gary Rowett.

Always gets results at this level.

Just the football and lack of loyalty that's the killer.

Football has been good tbh. Got some exciting individuals and we are playing it on the ground more. No complaints thus far.

Get the loyalty thing. One thing in our favour is that we are so unfashionable it’s somewhat unusual for any bigger club to actively chase our managers!

Potts did terribly there as well, should have done much better to stop the shot in the first place, but Sluga. Dear god. Capable of amazing saves and then he does stupid stuff like that.

Done a lot better in this game than others lately but think we will capitulate now.

Think Potts would back off to the goal line if players didn’t shoot. League 2 quality player being asked to play way above his level. At least it’s a decent strike this time.

It is groundhog day. This side is so mentally weak, but what was the management doing at half time... they came out, once again, and they were lacklustre. Once again, they give up after going behind.

I actually thought we put on a good show in the first half, Sluga howler (again) aside.

Think they just know they aren’t good enough. Worked hard, played probably as well as we can and it’s still 1-1 at half time with all the momentum with Forest because of another silly error. They know they can’t compete at this level.

Nothing like having a bit of belief! Every match needs to treated like a cup final.
Accrington Stanley struggled to compete in L1 with the lowest budget, yet they don't give up - they work even harder and have a siege mentality.
Our players just don't show enough desire.

Both Fulham and Forest dropping points is great for us - massive game at Griffin Park next Tuesday against Forest.

Luton definitely the better side in the first half v Derby, but only a few chances created. Bogle is going to get sent off second half v LuaLua who is creating more fouls again.
Again though, it looks like we’ve got a mistake in us, as we’re leaving way too much space in the defence.

What a victory for Luton! Our first since 7th December v Wigan. And we deserve that.

Rooney's was a deflected shot (they've had some bloody luck against us this year) - clearly has fantastic distribution, but don't really think he fancied it this evening. Chris Martin clearly likes playing at Kenilworth Road...

But we battled and scrapped and did what we needed to do in this situation. The two goals had great responses from the home side.

The last 15 minutes all hell breaks lose - the Derby defender backpasses (100% was a backpass) it to Hamer in goal who picks it up. The keeper and Rooney get booked for dissent and Lowe gets sent off for trying to push the ref!

But we now need to back this up. No pressure WBA!

Great win. Not getting my hopes up of some turnaround for us but good to see we’ve got some fight. Thought Pelly was outstanding tonight and we looked so much better with Glen Rea in front of the defence. When it went 2-2 I thought we would go onto lose but Derby kind of self imploded defensively first and then discipline wise after we had the winner.

Not impressed with them at all tonight, moved it reasonably well as most do at this level but not much created. Have to give Rea and the midfield a bit of credit for that though. The game was petering out to a 0-0 if not for that deflected goal as was all very cagey I felt. It forced us up the pitch and put our tempo higher. Fortunately got it back to 1-1 fairly quickly and both sides decided to go for it but even then Derby didn’t create all that much bar our standard concede from a cross goal.

Bizarre of them to get so wound up about the back pass. Was absolutely blatant, the keeper just lost his head through embarrassment I think as he never should have picked it up. The fullback was getting wound up and frustrated all night but just ridiculous to go and push the ref.

Well with Rooney he is probably used to having a rant at the ref and getting his own way!

Sabri Lamouchi is a genius. Be good to see what he can do with a few better players. Big 2 days coming up!

Pretty obvious they were arguing about the clear foul on Lowe before he passed it back.

Yeah it's absurd from Lowe but ref's had a shocker there.

That result sucks balls but oh well. Fair play Luton. Roll on 55 points.
