The County Ground holds such fond memories me :err: and it's localish so I can't resist another visit.

Not too bothered about formation just wondering where to drink pre game.

Can't see us losing Friday. Could easily.draw though. Need to win if our small playoff chance remains.
Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Spooky.

I’ve lost the will to live supporting our fucked up club. Tbf, the players aren’t that bad but having a clueless prick like Gunning in charge gives no hope. Chops and changes game by game for no good reason, plays players out of position and now given the captaincy to our rookie goalkeeper who hasn’t played 10 professional games. He’s making Sheridan look competent - and that’s just about as low a bar as there can be.

We’ll be lucky to escape the trapdoor. This club is fucked up from top to bottom.

Sources say this is the first time Barrow and Grimsby have played each other on a day other than a Tuesday since a couple of Anglo-Saxons had a scrap in 326AD.

All our next 4 opponents are in the bottom 9 based on form in the last 5 games including both the bottom 2. A chance on paper at least to put some pressure on the top 3.

Doncaster at home should be winnable but I remember the new orifice they opened for us up there. Ironside is a forward I like and he completely dominated Williams and Conroy in that game.

Looking at our run in (Mansfield and Wrexham to play) this is one of the games we need to win to have any hope of making the play offs. Still can't see it happening myself but I'd like to be wrong.

Who would have thought that Crawley v Doncaster would be a top of the form table clash!
It's taken a while but Scott Lindsey has got this group playing well and with confidence and there's been real improvement in several players, e.g. Addai, Mukena, Lolos and Adeyemo.
We need a win to keep our momentum, but we've only won once in 9 games against Doncaster, and that was in 2012!

We're a shambles at the minute and it's Accy away. Even when we're playing well we get beat there, so this is probably going to be a hammering. Can't be arsed.

42 away goals so far this season, scored in every away game, considering our last three are at Wrexham, MK and Barrow one of those are gunna ruin it surely.

We've had 11 clean sheets in the last 15 Home league games - so it obviously won't be us keeping a clean sheet against you.

Am I right in thinking he’s the ‘interim’ boss so you should be getting a replacement in the summer?

Look. He’s cheap, Clem has zero interest or money. We’ve not even got a full time medical professional at the club. It’s been cut to the bare bones.

The only hope is that he’s interim to let new owners decide who they want.

It’s a complete shit show.

Didn't realise Gunning was in charge again. No good is gonna come out of that. I thought Troy Deeney was bad enough.....

Our game now a sell out following the £2 ticket incentive, including all of Donny’s 1345 away allocation. Should be a good afternoon but I guarantee there will be empty seats from those that can’t be arsed on the day. We’re running the same incentive for the Colchester game in a couple of weeks

Harrogate at home. We narrowly beat them at theirs. For me it depends on whether Omar Bugiel is back from international duty. If he's not it will probably be a dire 0-0. If he's back, who knows?

Rides as a left-side of a back three with wing-backs worked quite well on occasion during his time at Rovers. Think he had one disastrous outing at right-back when we’d run out of options.

Ridehalgh had a steady first season for us, but since then has been underwhelming, to put it mildly.

He wilk be released in the summer, mind you, we all thought that last summer.

We've not had a consistently good left back since James Meredith a decade ago

I still can't believe we lost to Bradford.

How exactly did you do that? please replicate on friday.

We just walked through them - that said they played open attacking football against us which is a very unwise move

We wouldn't know what attacking football was if it slapped us in the face so I'm not sure that's accurate

You did in the first 10 minutes and you missed a right sitter at 1-0 before we went up the other end.

I wish we could play Bradford (& Newport) every week, don't like if it was home or away.

The rest.... less so.

some teams just always seam to do well against certain teams and horrific against others. With us it's Friday's opponents Grimsby we can never beat, even when they got relegated last time they still did the double over us.

We could even afford to miss a penalty against you.

Until very recently we've played reasonably well away from home. It's our horrific performances and results at home that have killed us.

I have to say, based on our 3 games against you, not impressed with your lot at all. You have obviously done the business the majority of the season, so fair play.

Mansfield head and shoulders above any other team we have played. They could and probably should have scored double figures at Valley Parade

We haven't played particularly well against you in any of the games to be fair.

Parky doing his old club favours.

Hope that materialises this Friday but in the 2 games we’ve had with Wrexham I’ve been impressed. MK overall I’d say better than them this season based on what I’ve seen against us but Wrexham defensively excellent in the league game and they played some very good football on that swamp of a pitch in our FA cup game run them a close 2nd imo.

One things for certain, If Ollie P plays he’s going to score
