We didn't get around to doing a match thread for our boxing day match, more's the pity since we played well and had limited opportunity to gloat. Naturally the fact I've now created a match thread means we'll fail to turn up to this game.
Coventry fans' opinion of their own team seems to be at odds with how everyone else sees them. On paper and in the league they look like a good side were fancied to go straight back up and still look on course to be part of the automatic promotion race, they beat us well at the Ricoh and like the majority of their opponents this season we'll be approaching this as one of the toughest matches we'll play.
Their fans seem to be predicting mid-table anonymity though and seem to expect to lose more often than not. I don't know what they're seeing, I don't see Coventry week in week out but they sound a bit like us at this point last season, talking about an impending drop down the table even though we'd done very well up to then.
I'd stick with an unchanged line-up from the Accrington game. There may be an argument for bringing Tom Miller or O'Sullivan in for Brown as Brown may be leaving us soon and didn't look at his best yesterday but it's still probably best we just stick with a winning team. That means another opportunity for Bennett to have one of his occasional half-decent games but Hopefully Shaun Miller's appearance from the bench in the second half will be inevitable and not come too late.
