Put Adkins out of his misery now.

What a complete waste of blood and organs he is.

He is clearly one of the best managers in this league, it’s just not worked out at Charlton. Many championship clubs would have him in a heartbeat, look at the mess Hull have been without him for starters.

He very clearly isn’t.

There’s a very good reason why he was out of work for 2 years, despite many Championship clubs taking him in a heartbeat, apparently.

No he's not. Twice in a row now he's failed miserably at this level with sides expected to get promotion. His Sheffield Utd side were abysmal and so is his Charlton team. I'd have over half the managers in the league at Latics over him.

I don't think we've lost anyone yet? I'd say Adkins at Charlton and maybe Wellens at Donny may be most under pressure? Paul Cook has had too much invested in him to be jettisoned, and I'd still back him to eventually turn things around. Cotterill? Evans, maybe?

Trust me Wellens isn’t under any pressure all he has to do is keep us up, we’ve had an horrendous run of injuries and had to play most of the top sides in the league too, with games against the sides around us coming up and most of the squad available I believe our fortunes will change and he will easily achieve the goal he’s been set.

We're well on the way with Cooky now, playing well & 1 loss in 7.

There’s a number of high profile managers not producing the goods in L1. Strange.

But your wins count is still pretty shit.

Yeah, our defence has leaked late goals - it's visibly improving game by game though and we're the leagues top goal scorers. Most Town fans are much happier with what they've seen in the last 3-4 weeks.

I'd be fine with us going for Gareth Ainsworth now but not sure if he'd even want to leave Wycombe.

You'd get Callum Davidson if Frankie got ditched.

I'd steer clear if I were you. His football is fucking dreadful to watch, and the whole ageing rocker thing is tiresome.

Not sure his style of football would work at a club with a larger amount of fans than what Wycombe do.

Any ideas who you will go for? Someone known or the cheap 'internal promotion' option?

Johnnie Jackson has been made caretaker manager.

The owner says they will be identifying possible replacements whilst giving Jackson a chance to earn the job.

Campbell's aloof nature will put people off but I think he could make a decent fist of it if he was given a decent job, not basket case ones like Macclesfield and Southend were at the time.
