First game, Swindon under the lights on the Friday. Can’t wait !
I’m a big fan too. All for Friday night home games

Disappointed Fleetwood is Boxing Day as that rules out a Blackpool weekender.

Eyeing up tranmere and Barrow/Lakes instead. Tranmere is Grand National Day which will be fun

So, as I work weeknights I have to book 4 Tuesdays as holiday and I'm over booked. Any match moves to Sunday and I'm moving yet more holiday. How much is Sky paying because it inconveniences me.

That's what I'm worried about can't make Tuesday night games anyway but if they start moving games to Thursday / Friday/Sunday I wouldn't be able to make them either unless book holidays . Any ideas how many regular games will get moved to them ?

Would expect a few - some moved to Fri/Mon, others to just other KO times on Sat

Hoping it will be mostly Champ + Wrexham/Birmingham but fully expecting a handful of games to be not KO Sat 3pm

Doesn't make it any more attractive does it! Flickers has a lot to answer for.

Could always be in league 1 for the first time in ever and start with sodding barnsley away on a friday night

Hopefully Barnsley Away on the opening day goes better for you than it did for us last season!

Looks like they’ve announced some of the fixtures moved for TV.

Our home game with Doncaster on 31st August is now a 12:30 kickoff as is the away game at Accy on 21st September.

Our away game at Notts has been moved to Thursday 22nd August  Utterly ridiculous. No one else particularly cares about this fixture and it’s going to reduce what could have been a huge crowd.

Despite this, I can now attend this which I probably couldn’t have if it was on the Saturday!

Two of ours have been moved for TV, Bromley away and MK at home. Both Saturday at 12:30.

Thankfully dodged a bullet by only moving our home game against Swindon to 12:30pm on the same day. Feel for those who've had games moved to other days or terrible times. Although it sucks for Swindon fans as they'll have to set off about 7-8am to get to the game.

Thursday at 8pm is utterly ridiculous. Still don't know what's happening with the game the week before as it clashes with Forest, might not have a Saturday home game until 7th September.

Moving games to Thursdays is downright nasty. Thankfully dodged that one so far. Not so bad for us if it’s say Crewe or Walsall who are at least close but even so that’s going to hit attendances massively.

Only Chesterfield away on 21st September has been moved to 12:30 for us.

One of the few regular season games we've ever had on TV was a Chesterfield away game in 2001. We lost that one.

I don't mind the Donny game being moved to an earlier kick off as my lad will be mascot again for that one.

Have the opening day/weekend kickoff times been confirmed yet?

Absolute dog shit that. Glad I've been the last two seasons we've been in their division now. That will slash our away following at least in half.

Harrogate Town v Doncaster Rovers on a Thursday as well as Notts v Grimsby? Are Sky really taking the piss out of the fans? Jesus wept.

3 of our first 7 moved, including Gillingham (A) to 12.30 KO

Always us getting screwed on things like this. Donny will still shift most of their Harrogate tickets on account of it being a small allocation but us at Notts you're looking at something in the region of a guaranteed 2500 to 3000 strong following which will now be about 500 to 1000. No trains back to Cleethorpes on that Tuesday either. Thanks a lot Rachel.

Thursday 8pm is taking the piss. Not so bad for us, albeit will hammer the attendance, but awful for Grimsby fans. Our away end is directly opposite the TV cameras, fancy getting the bedsheets out up in Humberside?

Not on the same scale, but I feel 8pm is personally directed at me. 7:45pm and I can just make a train and not have to wait around for an hour and a half. Grrrr.

Banners already being discussed on The Fishy. At the very least a united FUCK SKY SPORTS chat (that will be immediately dubbed over) has to happen. What was it there last August for the 3-2, about 12.5k wasn't it? Could we potentially be looking at half that or will it not impact the home ends quite that much?

They've moved Crewe v Swindon to the 12.30pm Saturday slot that weekend. Surely that being on Thursday and Notts v Town in the earlier Saturday slot is way less ridiculous.

With the number of televised games the Carlisle v Barrow game surely has to be one of them?
Yep, heard Sky are sticking an extra fiver on everyone's subscription in August because they are just that confident that the nation is desperate to witness this epic spectacle.

You spoke, Sky listened.

The Cumbria Classico, live on Sky Sports, 12:30pm kick off. Build up coverage starts from 7:30am

it was a no brainer really - just about every match that is classed as any type of derby match will probably get on tv.

Yeah you say that but our cross border derby with Shrewsbury hasn't been selected for tv. No doubt NWP will shit themselves and move it to a 12.30 KO like it was in our FA cup game in January.
