We're utterly mid-table this season, and that will be where we end up. A few noises from here, that Ian Hendon is to join as a coach alongside Pennock - Not sure how true it is though, could be one of those things that may happen but never does.

Two old legends at the helm who actually care about the club makes this already an improvement over Edinburgh. Lovell was key to our upturn in form pre-Edinburgh, so to have him back is excellent. It's only a deal til the summer, so this is a bit of a free hit. If they do well then they'll get a longer deal, if not then we can get someone different in over the summer (when Jackett would be available without having to pay compensation).

I guess I sort of get Pennock, even if I don't think he's the best you could have done. Jamie Day is a bizarre decision though.
