Well, you do get a bit more bamboo in China than Chalford. Wood's going to be far better than cotton too, that really wastes water in some really marginal farmland. DV is a publicity hound but there's not too much wrong with doing this IMO.

Yup, remember it well...arrived at the ground and it was a bit misty, by the time the game kicked off it was barely possible to see the other side of the pitch due to the fog. There was a bit of a farce about trying to wait ten minutes for it to clear, then try again, when it was pretty obvious it wouldn't.

No unfortunately Bob Hunt retired, his health isn’t the best these days. His son Billy does a lot of our commentary now.

Apparently there is a clip from one of his commentaries in the National Football Museum...from a game where he had bet on Rovers to win 4-1, which they were deep into time added on, until Yan Klukowski scored a fifth!

Agree about the legend bit.
