What's the deal with Tuesday nights games, are these a brand new game week with full fixtures etc?

Tuesday games still get you points and are treated as a whole new game week, with a new set of fixtures etc. The only difference is no transfers done after the saturdays game will count until the next saturday. So essentially, you are stuck with your team for the Tuesday game, your captain can be changed though.

Its just to make it a bit easier for me really.
