Safe journey everyone. Came up on Sunday so resonanbly straight forward. Saw a few Dons and a load of Argyle walking around Wembley, all in good spirits.

There was a Plymouth fan in my hometown yesterday. Wasn't expecting to see one in South East London on a Sunday morning that's for sure.

Great support from both sides and really looking forward to this game, I like both clubs so don't really mind who wins. I'm kind of swaying towards Wimbledon though at the minute just so they can stick it to MK Dons next season. I think they might be slight favorites as well with the momentum they've carried into the play offs. Plymouth have been fairly inconsistent ever since around February time so I'm going to say a 3-2 Wombles win.

Morning Wombles, enjoy your day, thoughts are with you, off to bed now 8.30 at night up at 2.45am to put computer on and try to find a stream. Still not sure how this will go, have backed Wombles at Betting agency to win by one.
hope i'm not too late but it will be on at 2am here...not 3am

Been to Plymouth, but not been to Wimbledon so hoping for a Plymouth win. Wouldn't begrudge a Wimbledon victory though!

Poor game, Wimbledon edging it so far.

I don't think there's an awful lot of quality in their side apart from their forwards, Elliott has been dominant in the air.

And Chris Wilder is in the studio just to rub it in.

Final ball is dreadful, if a player was only a footballer purely for his pace Gregg Wylde is that.

Can't see Plymouth winning this, both sides are garbage but at least Wimbledon look like they actually want to win.

You can just tell Wimbledon will get promoted on a penalty shootout again...

All the Wembley games I've watched (Watford vs Palace FA Cup semi, FA Cup final, Championship and League 2 play off finals) have been pretty disappointing - our semi was only good to watch if you were a Palace fan or a neutral wanting them to win! Ironic that the game I chose not to watch (League 1 play off final) seems to have been the most entertaining, and I was out watching us vs Sunderland during Grimsby vs FGR and not having BT Sport was unable to watch it later.

Ah well, as long as Wimbledon win I won't care too much...

I did exactly the same!

Good goal but Plymouth's defender wants hanging.

Almost missed it myself as well, only caught it properly in the replays!

Wonder if what I said above could be termed reverse commentator's curse?

3rd play off final in succession where the losing team has been absolutely dreadful. The quality on show in these play offs has been pretty poor on the whole.

Watched from the 2nd half onwards, Plymouth didn't even manage a shot I don't think. Awful showing from them.

Very classy there Akinfenwa, the "all about me" show at the end.

Congratulations Wimbledon, that's a brilliant win and thoroughly deserved promotion. Now go and take down MK Dons.

Hard luck Plymouth. Close but just didn't have quite enough on the day.

Another season in League Two.

Rarely post here any more, but well done to Wimbledon. You outplayed us across the park. We didn't turn up at all. MOM for Argyle Luke McCormick.

Next season, only automatic promotion will be acceptable

Congratulations Wimbledon, well deserving today. Plymouth were terrible and showed little quality, only managed 1 shot on target I think.

Akinfenwa is a great character, had a great impact, nice parting gift for him.
