Wimbledon just about edged it in a tight game, well done to them, didn't think whoever finished 7th would win the playoffs but hey ho!

Plymouth were beyond terrible.

That was shocking.

Congratulations Wimbledon, what a rise up the leagues hope they do MK Dons next season and finish above them. Plymouth were piss poor though, never created anything or looked like scoring, Reid was thrown on far too late. I'm sure they'll be one of the favorites for next season though. Bit poor from Akinfenwa to take that penalty off of Kennedy though, seemed to have a bit of CR7 syndrome going on there.

Plymouth truly bottled that. Gives us a chance for revenge next season!

Really happy for Paul Robinson. Top bloke and deserves this moment. Paul Cook probably regrets releasing him, now.

MK Dons vs AFC Wimbledon will be very tasty next season!

Edged it?

They dominated from start to finish. Plymouth were diabolical.

Dominated? It was shite from both sides for the lions share of the game. Wimbledon had fleeting moments but all in all very dull.

Dominated may be pushing it but they were the only side likely to win.

Wouldn't say Wimbledon dominated it, first half was very poor from both sides but would say Wimbledon were the far better side in the 2nd half.

Thought AFC were a team whereas Plymouth were just a group of individuals who didn't care if they won or not. The Wombles just wanted it more.

Lyle Taylor looked a very good player which has surprised me this season because he's failed everywhere in England until now, Bulman also impressed me in the midfield.

Congratulations the Dons.
Good luck with your new ground.
And the very best next season in your games against the team that tried to steal your identity.

Poor game overall but Wimbledon definitely the better team on the day. Plymouth just didn't turn up

Two of the worst teams to contest a playoff final in history. Truly terrible.

We'll played Wimbledon. Plymouth really struggled to get in the game. Wimbledon showed more desire and played the occasion and the game. Bit of direct football shows too many teams try to 'play the right way' which is one of the biggest lies in football. Give me effective winning football over backwards and sideways any day

Poor game, I thought Plymouth would win this but they were really poor and I'm surprised they didn't go 2 upfront or something. Bulman was brilliant for Wimbledon, surprised he didn't get MOM.

Agreed. Plymouth might have the best individual players, but football isn't played on paper..

Big congratulations to the Dons and well deserved over the past couple of months/play off campaign; they've come through with the classic wet sail.

Pilgrims? Very disappointing. May as well have stayed at home and sent a 'Congratulations card' to Kingsmeadow.

How sit must you be, and we did the double over you this session.

We must be really shit. Mindd those sour grapes don't fucking choke you.
I'm buzzing you won, my good friend. You always beat us and your away end is shit (yep, ours is too).

Enjoy League 1, I hope you do well:bye:

Well done Wimbledon. Can we have Dannie Bulman back now? Still can't believe we let him go.

Unlucky Argyle; sometimes the event gets to players.
