Ignoring france but I think Mowbray put it as someone who has played at the top level all his career, who wants to come here and money isn't an issue as he's made enough at other clubs.

It will most likely be Michael Tonge or Seyi Olofinjana

Saw him play 45 minutes for Cheltenham in a pre season friendly. Not sure how much you can get from that, but he looked athletic, powerful shot, absolutely 0 technique.
