*edit* my mistake - it appears Leeds made an enquiry and were told that £800k was our asking price. Although with Conor in the last year of his contract I imagine it won't take that much to secure his signature....

I've not even mentioned anything about him being amazing, nor have I said that he's definitely signing - merely contributing to a transfer rumour thread.

It's evidently clear on all forums of how much you'd hate to see Goldson go, but it's inevinitable.

Grimmer was outstanding when on loan to us last season - so much so that he was recalled by Fulham and went straight into their first team for a while. I would love to have him back at Salop.

Yeah I've heard good things about him, I'm gutted tbh. He went off on a stretcher and it's feared to be quite a nasty injury, hope it's not as bad as it seems.

Grimmer did ok for us season before last in League One, looks to have a good future, wasn't outstanding but a solid defender at this level and was a bit annoyed with our defensive issues last season we didn't re-loan him last season.

Tall, reliable to a point, decent enough on the ball, but also slow and poor positionally. Not a commanding centre half but works well in a pair if partnered with a leader, or at least someone more imposing.
