Last season I feel nj was badly advised by more experienced assistants and a below than average scouting system dropping him in it...
The goalies both have match winning performances in their lockers as well as the potential of embarrassing themselves...begs the questioning of the coaching standards being up to this level??

Sorry, just to clarify. After a season in which we were promoted and in the subsequent season where we are unbeaten at home and 4th in the league, you are criticising the assistant manager, coaches and scouts?

Is this based entirely on Jake Jervis?

It was a spectacularly crap signing. For a lot of money. Unlike all the others that were bought to go straight into the first team squad.

I lived on the Lewsey Farm Estate in Luton for over a year!
It wasn’t great but then again Gills are in Medway,

Don’t judge the town based on one of the worst areas to live in the SE of England...

We've signed keeper Stephen Henderson on an emergency loan from Nottingham Forest,he'll be the 5th keeper to play for us this season.

Credit to your defence for played well without having a regular goalkeeper behind them.

There would be bigger clubs with more money moaning and groaning if they had to use a different goalkeeper each week!

How long are the regular ones out for...?

Surely the FL can let you get one in on loan with proof they are injured long term?

Looks like both our keepers will be back in mkid to the end of January,it's not an ideal situation tbh,i'll be happy when Ryan Allsop is fit again i imagine our defenders will be as well, the preivious 2 loans have done well though to be fair to them.

Looks like Milwall are going to recall Ben Thompson, but we are looking to replace him by signing Ryan Yates from Notts Forest for £500k. Was at Scunny on loan last season.

Young defender James Finnerty (signed from Villa's youth system) has been released and joined Bohemians in Ireland.

There are also rumours that we may be signing Chris Long from Fleetwood - apparently he has fallen out with Joey Barton and is surplus to requirements. Got 9 goals in a weak Northampton team last season, so presumably has something to offer.

Our CEO made some I think interesting comments in his programme notes yesterday, about it being a potentially "testing month" for us in the transfer window and alongside the stadium decision potentially the biggest months in the clubs history.

I cant really see us escaping the month without losing at least one of our more saleable players, Stacey I think the most likely perhaps given he very nearly went in the summer but Justin, Potts, Lee, Cornick and perhaps even Ruddock will attract attention.

With the transfer window testing us, the stadium decision and a difficult set of fixtures it could make or break or us in terms this season and in a much longer term sense as well. Very interesting times.

Nothing can break Luton Town Football Club, people have tried and failed. You should know that by now. Que sera and all that. We'll still have a club whatever happens.

Rumours flying around at ours, Sadlier and McLaughlin apparently are all but secured from Cork, Rowe is subject to interest from Sunderland and Marquis to the Blades.

30++ scouts at every home game. It would be surprising if at least one didn’t make a very sizeable bid. That said, we have players in the background who can cover; I’m sure we will go out and significantly improve, but it will be a mighty bid that will actually make us sell. Justin not for a penny under £2m.

Herbie Kane loan extended until the end of the season, fantastic news every chance of us staying in the top 6 with him staying.

We've been linked with Harrison McGahey from Rochdale but it's a non starter as he won't want to join our shit show.

We're signing Andy Cannon from Rochdale. Looks like Ben Thompson back to Millwall which is a shame as he's been Motm in most games this season. Rochdale fans any good?

So Gillingham fans - Tom Eaves. You seem resigned to be losing him in January. How much would it take a club to offer for them to accept? £500,000 ? With him out of contract in June with him not intending to sign a new one?

Not that it's a rumour or anything, but he's the sort of player I'd be looking for us to sign.

He scored a blinder at ours in a 2-0 win. Seems to be making headlines, but is it just a purple patch? His record up until now at various clubs doesn't suggest he'd be an instant success.

I've seen his name mentioned by our fans as a target but personally remain unconvinced that the Tom Eaves that moves elsewhere will be the same Gillingham version. Sometimes a player just fits a certain club, relaxes and plays his best stuff. Take them out of that comfortable environment and they're not the same player and have to start all over again.

Imagine £500k on an out of contract player, whose career statistics don't match current form would be an attractive offer to consider for their board.

Gillingham next up for us. If he plays like he did at our place then we could be in for a very tough time, although to be fair, their whole team impressed me that day.

Saw a few twitter murmours yesterday that he could be Millwall bound. Doubt they will fork out the money though personally after tossing £1mil on Tom Bradshaw.
