We're attempting to sign Tom Hitchcock on loan from MK Dons according to a Facey B rumour.

Pretty much signed and sealed, then.

Pretty likely he will be loaned out, he barely played in League One, can't see him getting more of a chance in the Championship.

No idea why we signed him tbh (I guess cos he was a freebie), especially on a long contract. One for the future I guess...

Apparently we have first refusal on Remi Streete who had a brief loan spell here. Looked good during that short spell so hoping Page will sign him. A big commanding centre half is what we need. Knowing Page he will probably sign him and then never play him.

Also hoping we are in for Ryan Innis. A centre half pairing of those 2 would fill me with loads more confidence.

Was hoping we would have a look at Streete. Is he similar to Reda Johnson?

Looking at Inniss on Twitter looks like he's coming back. Tugging over that, was absolutely class in the five games he played for us until getting crocked at Coventry and single handedly solved our defensive issues considering we kept three clean sheets and only conceded once from open play in those games.

If we got Remi Streete too I'd be happy. Would give us a massive base to build on considering the negative feeling around the place at the moment.

We are still not linked with anyone due to three OAP's who own us and an inept manager who can't drive never mind sign decent players.

Come back John Ryan. Please.

Gills fan, what's Joe Martin like? Seen a few rumours linking him to us after his release from yourselves.

Steady but limited I would say.
His main problem is a lack of pace.
Takes a decent freekick mind.
It's fair to say that there were not many Gills fans who were upset about him being released.
I am surprised that you are looking at him.

Doesn't sound overly promising then. We have too many youngsters at the back so I think the club is looking to find some experienced pros to help make it a bit more solid.

He is currently in talks with Chicago Fire regarding a loan move, according to my source.

Jim McNulty (ex Bury, Barnsley, Brighton and - inevitably - Stockport's 2008 playoff winning team) signs a two year deal at San Spotty.

We are supposedly trying to sign goalkeeper Kyle Letheren. He has just left Dundee.
Bristol City, Partick Thistle and Oxford are also in for him according a local rag.
I doubt he will go to Bristol City as he would only be cover there and he wants to play first team football.
Who knows?

We've just signed Bobby Olejnik.

What's he like, Peterborough fans?

Negotiations with BCFC for James Hanson dragging out because of the takeover business over there. Our CEO set to meet up with Bradford bigwigs in Portugal (no, I don't know) to discuss the matter.

I really couldn't give a fuck how this pans out. I know we need a big man to give us another option, but I'd honestly rather see Gregory and O'Brien or Philpot, or even Marquis, as out front two next season than an ageing bruiser who is probably playing at his natural level. Think Harris might be planning to play O'Brien in an attacking midfield position, though, which obviously everyone on here is interested to know...

James Hanson will probably be the best signing you'll make all summer. He's prolific at winning headers!

Because he's a 30 year old striker coming off a shite season with a 3 year deal being waved in his face...probably.
